Alex pov
Over this year, I've come to term with the truth of Katie and Cameron and I've managed to figure out my own feelings too. I've seen that Katie doesn't truly like or care about me. I've seen that all along, it was only Cameron who cared about me and respected every decision I made....even if it took him a while. I think I also have realised how much Cam truly loves me and cares about me even if ,for now, that's just as friends. I'm pretty sure he's gay and he likes me but I'm not completely sure. I just want him to tell me...who knows...The feelings could be reciprocated....
I was snapped out of my thoughts by a loud bang on the table in front of me. I realised I was at school and Cameron was nowhere to be found all day. Katie had punched the table out of frustration.
"HOW COULD I NOT BE IN THAT F*CKING TOP 4 OUT OF ALL F*CKING PEOPLE HUH?!" Katie screamed at me and I started to back off.
"K-katie mind your language..." I trailed off nervously at the sight of this new Katie that I hadn't seen before. In case you're wondering, I don't like Katie anymore and I've realised I never truly did. I've loved someone else all these years but I've just been too scared to admit it.
A felt a sharp tug on my collar. "I SWEAR TO GOD ALEX I WILL KILL THOSE EFFING SELECTORS AND YOU ARE GOING TO HELP ME!" she snarled in my face as she pulled on the collar of my shirt.
"What are you doing Katie you know I won't hit a girl but other people can. Stop before I tell them to." I replied firmly. She looked at me and retreated. From behind her a tall and strong boy stood.
