It's been 4 weeks since mine and Dan's night out. The boys haven't really looked at me since, so Dan must have said something. Me and Dan have been hanging round each others house ever since and we would talk for hours on end catching up with each other. It was another day at school and I just threw on some clothes before going to school. 

When I got to school, I felt everyone eyes look at me. It was normal but, today it felt different. I started walking towards the school when someone pushed me over. I looked up and seen three figures standing there laughing. It became more clear that it was 'The girls'. They were the popular girls that also bullied me sometimes. 

"Get up maggot" One of the shouted

I got up and picked all my books up 

"You need to explain yourself right now" The head girl Jazz yelled at me, she had long blonde hair, a skinny figure and had a natural tan. The perfect type of girl, apart from she had a nasty personality

"What?" I ask 

"Explain yourself you fat b^tch" She yells again 

"What have I done?" I ask seeing that everyone is now crowding round

"Explain the photo" She says gritting her teeth, I give her a confused look "The one of you and my boyfriend"

"Who's your boyfriend?" I ask

"Dan, Dan Geraghty! You better lay your hands off him from now on, don't talk to him, don't touch him and don't look at him, or else I will hurt you and Dan" She says before slapping my cheek hard scratching her fake nails along my face and walks away 

I run away and sit under the tree on the field where no one goes and start to cry, what is this photo? I didn't do anything wrong, he's my best friend, my only friend and she wants to take that away from me as well?

It's been a few minutes and all I've done is cry 

"Caitlin? Caitlin!" I hear someone shout, it sounded like Dan "Caitlin, oh gosh are you okay?" 

He wraps his arms around me and I fall into his chest 

"Caitlin, why are you crying? You can tell me" He says

"It was Jazz" I stutter " She...She... Get off me! If she see me and....Just go away I don't .... oh gosh"

"Caitlin, I'm going no where till you tell me" He comforts me

"If you don't go away she will hurt you! Just go away! I'm fine!" I shout and look at Dan who is shocked

"Why would she do that?" Dan asks "What happened to your face?"

"Because she apparently seen this photo of you and me and she slapped me" I say quickly 

"Right where is she?" Dan starts to get angry 

"I don't know, don't say anything, she'll hurt me even more" I say pleading him not to go "You should choose your girlfriend over me anyway, why didn't you tell me you were out, I KISSED YOU! AND IF SHE FINDS OUT SHE WILL KILL ME!" I yell

"Woah wait, I'm not her boyfriend, why would she.... oh.... Don't worry Caitlin" He says sitting next to me "She keeps asking me out but I say no, I said yes to going on a date with her just to get her to stop asking me, I would never choose her over you, she is fake and you're perfect, I can eat pizza with you, she doesn't eat pizza" He wraps his arm round me "Let's skip today, you can't go to school like this and me and you can secretly still hang with each other"

I just nod and head towards Dan's car, I make sure no one is around before putting up my hood and getting into the car
