Chapter 17: My horniness is my downfall

(A couple things and no they won't be super sappy like my last couple lil notes have been. First of  all, 803 VIEWS!? LIKE- THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW HAPPY I AM THAT THIS FIC HAS GROWN TO THAT NUMBER, and I just wanna thank everyone who's read it. As much as I've lost interest in the story, I really appreciate that people seem to be enjoying it. Speaking of the story itself that brings me to number 2. Like I've mention I've really tried to keep writing this story as best I can, but it's been kinda hard to, so I'm sorry if things start to feel rushed but I want to try and close out the story in a fitting way, and I would rather do it sooner rather than later so I don't just give up on this fic, anyways thanks again to everyone who has read this fic and is continuing to read this fic and enough with my ranting, here's some Marliza goodness)

After delivering Eliza's the flower I flew back to Hell to happy dance around my room like a complete and love struck idiot

My cheek where Eliza had kissed me still tingled a bit with the memory of her lips, and the thrill of it all still had me buzzing with excitement and longing

I had to see Eliza again

And see her I did

It took me a couple days to find her again, but once I did we made plans to meet up in no-mans land during the nighttime every day

It was usually my favorite part of the day, and we had so much fun together telling stories, teaching each other things like hunting and flower weaving

And kissing

Nothing too heated

But we still kissed which was a definite win in my book

After months of our little meet ups I asked to take a step forward

We were sitting on the edge of a cliff in the middle of nowhere, with the closest thing in miles being each other. During the course of the night I could tell the both of us craved something more than just kisses every now and then, but at the same time neither of us wanted to rush into anything, especially since us being together was still forbidden

I pushed those thoughts aside and decided to just go for it, hoping I was right about assuming that Eliza wanted more to this 

"Betsy... would you... obviously you can say no but... would you like to come with me and-" I started to say before getting to flustered, but I had caught Eliza's attention and she looked over at me

"And what?? What is it Ria??" Eliza asked before taking my hand and kissing it gently, an act that still made my heart flutter even though Eliza did it so often

"And... makelovewithme-" I mumbled quickly, a part of me wishing that Eliza understood while the other cursed myself for thinking she'd want to do it with me

"Make.. love??" Eliza asked and I watched as he cheeks turned red and she looked away "Ria I don't know.." She said and I sighed, knowing that I'd been right

"I'm sorry- I shouldn't have asked-" I said and looked away before Eliza squeezed my hand "No no... I mean- would I love to yes, but do I think we should?? I don't know..." Eliza said and I looked back at her

"You'd actually... want to do that with me??" I asked and Eliza nodded slightly, her face growing more red. "It's so hard to explain... I'm not used to this feeling... it all feels so wrong but at the same time... I can't get enough of just our little meetings" Eliza said as she brushed her lips on my hand again

Now it was my turn to blush-

"Betsy.." I said before cupping her cheek and planting a soft kiss on her lips "I just can't believe you've actually agreed to stay with me..." I said and Eliza managed a soft smile "Of course I would... even though you did capture me... when you released me and helped me recover... I saw that deep down, your heart was pure" she said softly before kissing my cheek softly

I smiled before pulling Eliza closer, to the point where she was almost on my lap "Thank you Betsy.." I said softly before leaning my forehead on Eliza's who closer her eyes after cupping my face "There's no need to thank me Maria.." she said softly before our lips connected in a passionate kiss

(Skipping the smut cause I'm too tired but who knows maybe I'll add it later as a one shot)

We laid together in my bed in Hell, wings wrapped around each other and skin on skin. Eliza breathed heavily as she rested her head on my chest and I gently stroked her hair to help coax her to sleep

Eliza had done great for what I assumed was her first time, especially considering that I tended to go a weeee bit rough, but I dialed it down for Eliza

I took in her scent of wild flowers before sighing softly and getting ready to drift off, only to hear an impatient knock on the door

I sat up, causing Eliza to stir a bit before she sat up lazily and rubbed her eyes "Who is it??" She asked sleepily before I put a hand to her mouth

"Maria?! It has been too long since have all gone out, we should go!!" I heard Laf call and I felt panic begin to well up in my chest, and by the look in Eliza's eyes she felt it too

"One sec!!" I called before getting up and scrambling to find my clothes and Eliza's "We do not have time for this!! I am coming in!!" Laf called and I furiously motioned for Eliza to hide before I threw on my clothes right as the door was blasted open

"There you are, you look like you just got back from work" Laf said as he strode over to me "Smells like it too" he commented and i chuckled nervously "Yep, just that now can we please go??" I asked, my eyes subconsciously trailing to where I'd last seen Eliza

Laf raised an eyebrow at me before sniffing and looking around "Are you sure you are alright?? You smell like Angel" he said and shuddered and my heart rate picked up even more sped

"Angel?? Psh as if, now come on seriously we gotta go just like you said" I said quickly, trying desperately to get out of my room with Laf who did not seem like budging 

"Un moment..." Laf said dismissively before checking around my room "I fear you may be hiding something.." he added and it took all of my energy not to react in a bad way

As Laf grew closer and closer to where I had last seen Eliza I made a quick decision to attack my friend if he found her, only to be relieved when Laf exposed the hiding spot to reveal that no one was there

I sighed with relief before Laf shrugged and turned back to me "It appears that I was wrong, so let us go now" he said and I smiled "Let's I said before we both few to the portal room

After waiting for the rest of the group to show up for a few minutes, John and Herc suddenly appeared, both looking very excited "You guys won't believe the shit that just went down!!" Herc said and Laf and I looked at him to go on

"What is it mon amour??" Laf asked but John beat Herc to it, causing the freckled demon to get glared at by the big man "They just found an Angel sneaking around in the back tunnels and you won't believe who it is!!"

My face grew white as my worst fears became a reality "Who is it mon ami?! Do not keep me waiting!!" Laf asked and this time Herc beat John in responding

"It's one of the Schuyler sisters, I think her name was Elizabeth"
