Part 10:
So far, Joker is going nowhere with this group of his. Unlike the Phantom Thieves, these folks were questionable to say the least.Robin is pretty and sweet, and probably the only actually helpful person, Fox doesn't trust him or Robin, and Game and Watch is absolutely hopeless. Joker looks down, checks on the Tabuu wing, sees his gun is missing, and groans. Game and Watch strikes again.
Fox looks down at the key tracker, when is suddenly starts going haywire, catching everyone's attention. The key must be close.
At this area of the forest, the trees are all completely petrified and they blot out the sky completely. The sky is dark, save for a faint glow from the distance.
Robin shudders, feeling a chill, as the Tabuu wing begins to spark.
Fox and Joker rush ahead and enter the glowing clearing to reveal a key shimmering on a pedestal surrounded with shining, rainbow colored water with the number 4 etched into it. Tabuu's wing is now working madly and the water seems to be reacting. This must be a stream from the smash glade. The key is right there, an easy taking, which Joker immediately goes for, calmly pocketing the key.
Robin and Game and Watch enter into the clearing when suddenly, he begins to squeal and ring his bell.
Almost as a response, psychotic laughter echoes through the area, and Crazy Hand dives out of nowhere, snatching up Joker in one grab. The thief struggles, as the giant hand goes to slam him into the ground.
Fox and Robin fire at Crazy Hand, who drops Joker unceremoniously, and leaps back into the air. The hand screams and fires large explosive boxes at the group, causing all of them to dodge.
Game and Watch runs off and hides behind a rock, while the other three actually engage the giant gloved appendage in a fight. However, even with their combined strength, Crazy Hand is insanely powerful.
The hand slaps Fox and Joker away and rams Robin into the ground. Game and Watch peeks out from behind his hiding spot, and pulls out a statue.
Crazy Hand rears up and prepares to slam Fox, Joker, and Robin into pancakes, when suddenly Game and Watch smacks him with a hammer.
The sign he's holding blinks and shows the number 9. Crazy Hand screeches and goes flying into the distance, looking like he crashes into the distant Halberd.
Everyone stops, and Joker stares at Game and Watch, who totters over to him. Maybe the little character isn't useless after all.
The group heads off after the Halberd, key in tow.
Part 11:
Corrin scratches Pikachu on the head, and the mouse squeaks contently. It scampers onto her shoulder. At least one of her new companions likes her. She couldn't say the same for Cloud, who has been ignoring her and Pikachu since the fight with Sephiroth. They are following the tracker, which was leading down a rough path next to a slightly glowing stream.
So she decides to attempt to start a conversation, wondering about why the two of them came to the land. She originally arrived after choosing neither kingdom.
Pikachu and his little brother Pichu arrived because they needed a change of scenery.
Cloud doesn't answer Corrin, instead walking even farther ahead. He is lost in his own thoughts, thinking about why he left in the first place, because of an arguement. About two years ago, Cloud and a dear friend of his, Tifa Lockhart, had a falling out, and after a brutal and vexing arguement, the two parted ways and stopped speaking to each other. He hadn't seen her since then.
Corrin rolls her eyes and sighs, lifting her sword. It is hopeless to try and contribute a conversation.
Almost as if to give reason for one, the stone trees blow apart and mutiple unknown beings crash into the ground, landing all around.
The three of them leap up, and brace for battle, but instead are greeted with two angels, one with fluffy white wings and the other with dark black ones.
Pit and Dark Pit climb to their feet, and Pit waves hello.
Corrin lowers her sword slightly, but Cloud braces his Buster Sword higher. However, Pikachu hops up to Pit, sniffs his leg, and squeaks excitedly, climbing up onto the angel's shoulder. Pit nearly squeezes the crap out of Pikachu in a happy hug.
Dark Pit rolls his eyes, notices the confused Corrin and Cloud, and quickly elaborates on why they're there, explaining about what Sephiroth did.
Cloud, while not one to let someone else go after his sworn enemy, calms down for the moment and puts his sword away. However, he still feels uneasy, and wonders if someone is watching them.
The key tracker suddenly starts going off, and catches everyone's attention. Pit jumps up excitedly, grabs Cloud's arm, who jumps in shock, and rushes off into the woods. Corrin sighs and smiles, Pikachu scampering up onto her shoulder, and goes after them. Dark Pit goes to follow them but he stops and whips around behind him.
Nothing is there. A dragon's cry echoes faintly in the sky, the shadow seem to follow everyone and the angel grunts in defeat. He storms off after the rest of the group.
When he does, the stalker reveals who they are. Sephiroth brushes dust off of his legs and skids down next to the stream. He knows where it came from, he knows what it does, and he knows what he'll do next.

Palutena stays hidden behind a cloud as she watches the small group make their way deeper into the stone woods. Albeit she wishes she could warn Pit and Dark Pit about what's coming, she knows that contacting the angels at the moment would almost certainly mean her dark visions becoming reality.
The goddess continues watching the group when she suddenly sees Rathalos dip beneath the fog and soar above the petrified forest, being quite silent for a giant dragon. It is about to go in for the kill, and Palutena won't let that happen.
She raises her staff in the air, when someone suddenly grabs her arm, and she sighs. Keeping her cool, she rips her arm out of the unknown person's grasp, whips around and points her staff directly at Sephiroth's chest, charging up a blast.
The man doesn't even blink, and without a word, he cuts the blast away with one fluid movement. Palutena realizes what she got herself into and braces for a battle.
Unluckily for her, it's a fight she cannot win. Sephiroth spreads his jet black wing and slashes his sword down on the goddess, the blade glowing a multitude of different rainbow colors. Palutena holds her staff up as a defense, but it shatters like glass.
The goddess gasps as she freezes into solid stone, balancing precariously on the solid cloud. Sephiroth calmly sheathes his sword, as the sound of a dragon roar can be heard form below.
Rathalos is beginning his attack.
