Making Friends

I blushed in embarrassment, I just tripped over in front of this gorgeous boy.
"You okay?"
I used his hand to get myself back up.
"Oh,yes I'm fine"
He looked at me with curiosity and a hint of flirty.
"My name is Brandon"
I could swear that I was blushing so much. It was a mixture of embarrassment and that he is so HOT! He had deep red hair and a light coppery skin tone. His eyes were hazel and god they were handsome.
"My name is Kaia"
He looked surprised and puzzled.
"You're Kaia Silverstorm?"
I got confused, I'm not famous or anything?
"Um..yeah."
"I'm sorry if I scared you, it's just there has been rumours about you here."
Oh my god, I had just got here and there are already rumours about me!
"Really?"
"Not bad ones, it's just your meant to be really powerful."
"What do you mean?"
"Well your name is like famous around here, Walter Silverstorm was a god after he left here."
"That name doesn't ring a bell."
I had a family relative that was a god? Wow, that's a lot to take in.
"Well I need to get to my room now if I can find it."
"I can help you find it if you want, this is my second year here."
What! Not only did this hot boy talk to me but he offered to help me find my room.
"So what's your room number?"
"B12"
We walked together and just had small talk and we arrived at my room.
"It seems your room is next to me Kaia."
He chuckles.
"Lucky you Brandon"
"I will leave you alone now then, see you later"
"Goodbye Brandon."
I waved and blushed. I then opened my door to my dorm. I stepped in and looked to the objects surrounding me. It had cream coloured walls and a polished wooden floor. There were two white beds and a bathroom. It looked cozy and it was actually bigger then I expected.
I unpacked my things and clothes and put them into the drawers provided. I heard the door open and a girl walked in. She had dark coppery skin with hazel green eyes.
"Oh hi!"
She already gave of kind, warming vibes.
"Hey,my name is Kaia"
I walked over and chuckled.
"Mine's Andrea."
We both laugh in excitement and hug each other. I could already tell we were going to be best friends.
Time passed and me and Andrea became good friends and we got to know each other. I learnt that she was a witch and I thought that was really cool. She also told me that it was her first year in this College too but that she read a lot about it. At the school there is breakfast and dinner and you have to go to both. The only way we have food is those meals and they make sure we have a balanced diet too. We had to go to dinner because it was time and we made our way. The dining hall was large and airy. The colour theme was royal blue and deep red.
It had old chandeliers so it must be quite old.
We were then called to go to team meetings. Team Platinum, Team Gold, Team Silver and Team Bronze. Team A was the most skilled and talented and obviously Team Bronze was the worst. When we go to our meetings we practise our skills and talk to our Team leaders for advice. There are three Team Leaders per Team. We found out which teams we were in with a paper slip given to us with all of the leaflets. I hadn't looked at mine yet. I pulled the leaflet with the paper slip out of my jeans
pocket. I looked at the slip and it said...Team Platinum. I thought I had read it wrong. I am Team Platinum! I..I can't believe it. Andrea peeked over my shoulder.
"Oh my god Kaia, your in Platinum!"
Everyone around me looked at me with surprise. I once again blushed.
"Andrea you didn't have to say it out loud!"
"Well your basically a famous person now"
Andrea rolled her eyes and I chucked.
I still couldn't believe that I was in Team Platinum!
