Fern, Randy, Shire, Cody, and Cow padded farther passing many boulders and rocks. But to Fern it wasn't much to bother, she had just started to go into the woods a moon ago. "Let's stay close together, okay?" Cow said as Fern started to depart from the group. "Okay." Fern groaned eager to explore. Shire looked back at Cow and quickly went farther in front of the group to scout the upper hills. There were huge trees with moss everywhere. Shire looked behind her and raced to the top of the first hill. I should go back now, Shire thought turning around. 

"Cow, there's a bunch of huge trees up in front." Shire said panting when she came to them. "Cool, let's go up." Randy mewed looking at Cody and Fern. Fern turned to Cow. "Can I go with Shire and Randy?" Fern said quickly. "Fine, just don't wander too far." Cow said smiling.
