"Guys, I'm so stupid!" Ria grumbled while repeatedly banging her head on the table. "Feel free to disown me. Oh god." She moaned out again, her head still buried in her hands. After the surprisingly smooth flow of our first test, we all came to an agreement to treat ourselves. And now we were at a samgyeopsal place fifteen minutes away from our dorm.

"Well, I mean look at the bright side. At least now Hueningkai knows your existence." Eunbi joked as she stuffed her mouth with the grilled meat. She pat the youngest on the back, making her frown grow deeper.

"U-uh, nice to meet you Ria, I'm Hueningkai." Ga eun imitated even the nervous quirks Ria did when she embarrassingly introduced herself as the former. It wasn't really all that bad but considering that our maknae had a crush on Ningning, I could understand her wanting to vanish into thin air. I would readily jump off a cliff if I was in her position.

"Not the way I imagined it! Now he probably thinks I'm that weird girl in school who likes to collect gum under the chairs." Ria says, almost at the brink of crying. We all laughed at the adorable sight. She had on her puppy dog eyes and her lips were quivering.

While eating, I felt my phone vibrating inside my pocket.

Yeonjun oppa:
Are you out?

Jiwon:
Yup

Yeonjun oppa:
I have something to tell you. Let's meet in Han River 8:00 pm
Sent 6:58 pm

I furrowed my brows at this. What did he mean? Did something happen? I couldn't help but feel nervous. It sounded so urgent. I checked the time and it was already 7:00 pm. I still had an hour.

"What happened?" Ga eun asked, noticing my sudden silence. I sighed.

"Yeonjun just texted. He wanted to meet with me." I confessed. To this, the others turned to me. Even Ria seemed to forget her problem. Their eyes, from curiosity it quickly morphed to mischief. They suddenly had an odd look painted on their faces.

"Ooh! Juicy." Ria said while wiggling her eyebrows. "I don't know about you guys but I think that guy has the hots for Jiwon unnie. He's probably gonna confess." She said confidently.

"Let's make a bet on that one. I say, he'll confess." Ga eun uttered while banging the table repeatedly, looks like she was trying to imitate the thing they do at auctions.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at how ridiculous they sounded. "I say, he probably wouldn't. The loser will treat all of us again for food," Eunbi crossed her arms. My mouth formed an 'o' when even our oldest was willing to join this nonsense. "Deal?"

"Deal!" Ria squealed. What the hell. They were talking about me as if I wasn't in the room. I'm literally just in front of them.

"What are you guys saying? Yeonjun and I are just friends." I try to clear things out.

"Hunny, we know you're smart but you're also stupid at the same time." Eunbi jokingly rolled her eyes while snapping her fingers.

"This girl right here is clueless as my grandma sleeping on World War II." Ria jokingly made 'tsk' noises, feigning disappointment.

"What do you mean?" Okay. That question sounded so dumb but I really had no idea on what they were talking about. Did I miss something?

"Even a blind man can see in a distance that Yeonjun likes you. He treats you to snacks. He reminds you to drink water. He always messages you. He always finds an excuse to come see you. Do I even need to enumerate them all? Jiwon-ah, sometimes I just want to hit you." Ga eun voiced in a bored tone, exhaling deeply.

"B-but that's impossible. He only sees me as a younger sister." I said, now getting nervous. My heart started to feel as if it was running a marathon, its beating abnormally fast.

All the words that fell from their mouths caused a leap in my heart. A part of me wishes that whatever they were saying is true because goddammit I like Yeonjun. I like him very much. But I didn't want to assume anything with his actions.

"Jesus Christ." The girls said all at the same time.
