"Hi." I smiled softly.

The first thing that popped from the screen was his blue hair. They'll be promoting their new song starting this week and they have been practicing like crazy for the past days. Leaving early at dawn and going home at midnight. They're practically living in their practice room.

"I miss you." Yeonjun sighed. Playing with his lips to cover the frown that was peeking.

"We'll be seeing each other on Wednesday." I assured him. He pouted because of this. Obviously unhappy that we will be seeing each other only the next day. I leaned on the railings and just stared at his beautiful face. Dark circles covered his under eyes from working too hard and his lips were also chapped.

"That's too long. . . I want to see you already." He readjusted his position on the bed, placing his arm underneath his head but his eyes still trained on the screen. Focusing too much on talking to me. My heart warmed because of this. I also couldn't wait another day to see him. I missed him too much. Yeonjun was my only comfort in this city.

After a few seconds of just staring at each other, Yeonjun's face lit up. Jumping up from the bed into a sitting position.

"Tomorrow I'll be free from morning till the afternoon. How about we go on a date?" His eyes were now bright, pleading for me to take up the offer.

"Hmm, I'd love that." I smiled. Failing to contain the excitement of finally seeing him. We also don't have practice tomorrow because of a staff meeting. Our teachers won't be available.

His camera suddenly turned elsewhere, his desk came into view but I could still hear his stifled yawn. My brows instantly furrowed.

"You're sleepy." I said matter of factly. Concern quickly rising to my chest.

"No, I'm not." Yeonjun denied, frowning. I scoffed because of this. I've got to admit though, his mannerisms when lying is adorable. The corner of his lips quiver and he can't even make eye contact. When he does this I just want to squish his cheeks and hug him.

"You've got to rest. We'll just see each other tomorrow."

"See you at 9:00 am?" I rolled my eyes at the question. Unbelievable. He was the one who's sleep deprived but look at him wanting to go out so early.

"No, I'll meet you at 12:00." I practically commanded. Yeonjun needs all the rest he can get for their comeback.

"Okay, then." Yeonjun sighed. His eyes already droopy.

"You should sleep now. I'll end the call." Muttering our goodnights, I stared blankly into space. There were many things I have realised today. And it pains me at the thought that I could be a distraction to Yeonjun. His career demands all of his time. And by the time that I'll get to debut, we would be too busy to see each other.

I just hope that we both have a strong grip for the things that are yet to come.
