Y/N's POV
Let's see, where to start...
Well, it's been a wonderful past few months. I mean, besides repeating junior year, everything's going as well as can be expected.
Life's back to "normal" with Dad and my now eighteen-year-old brother. Gosh, that's still gonna take some time to get used to. I have all my friends back, I have an internship, I volunteer at May's charity. But best of all, I have Peter.
Peter Parker is my boyfriend.
Holy Hershey's, I thought the day would never come.
He's gone through some horrible stuff that has definitely taken its toll on him, even though he tries to hide it from me. He's hurting, and I know why.
It was Tony. He meant so much to Peter, and now that he's gone, Pete is blaming himself.
I mean, he hasn't told me exactly, but it doesn't exactly take a rocket scientist to figure it out.
He doesn't laugh as easily as he used to and he doesn't smile as often, but it's when he does smile that I can really tell. His whole face will light up, including his eyes. His eyes always give him away. That's how I can tell he's always sad; those beautiful chocolate brown eyes.
I just can't imagine what a wreck he'd be if something happened to anyone else.
Anyway, right now I'm helping May set up for another charity event. They're basically using a certain friendly-neighborhood hero to raise money for those who need help after the events of the blip. It's a great cause, and I'd do anything to help out the Parker's.
It's also a bonus that I get to spend time with Peter, but that's not the point.
I picked out one of my nicer dresses today (picture below). Yes, it shows a bit more decolletage than I usually would, but maybe it will cheer Peter up a bit.
