12. Back home

Yusei POV

"Uh, guys you might want to see this...." Blister said coming into the room. He held a tablet in his hands and it showed a news report about, 

"The Spider marks!" (Y/N) cried taking the tablet from him. She scanned through it quickly, her eyes filled with worry. Akiza moved towards her and looked over her shoulder.

"I  need to go back there, we'll need a runner but mine.." (Y/N) muttered walking back and forth. She placed the tablet on the table and continued thinking out loud. It's good to see that the old (Y/N) was coming back, my (Y/N). It was kinda weird thinking about this now but she is really important to me. When she was gone, it felt like I lost a part of myself but now things are getting better despite this attack that came out of nowhere. 

"(Y/N), what's wrong?  You need to slow down." I said grabbing hold of her shoulders.  Her piercing (E/C) filled with worry.

"The satellite has been attacked. A-and..." She trailed off looking away from me.

"And what?!" I demanded, a little harsher than I meant. 

"Kalin is back...he's apart of them," She said quietly. That hit me hard. Kalin was taken years ago and we never heard from him since. We all stood there in silence until Akiza broke it. 

"Who is Kalin?" She asked gently knowing this was a sensitive topic. 

"Kalin was apart of our gang when (Y/N) and I were in the Satellite. One of duels involved the Security and he was taken after they found out we were lying.  

Flashback - nobody's pov

"We can't really set the satellite free until the officers are gone." Kalin declared at their meeting. 

"Kalin that's insane, we could end up arrested!" (Y/N) exclaimed, Yusei agreed with her. That seemed to infuriate him. 

"Fine, if you won't follow me, I'll do it alone." Despite they're pleas to stop him nothing worked. 

"I'll go talk to him" (Y/N) said walking out. Kalin was tinkering with his duel disk swearing angrily.  He saw her standing in the doorway and put down his disk. 

"Kalin, you know yourself that this plan is risky. I wanna do this but we could just increase the number of officers in this area. It won't work like you think. " He groaned at this and shook his head. 

"Please Kalin don't go. I don't want to lose what family I have," she said sadly

"You all just live in fear! You are just a pathetic weakling! Anything dangerous you turn and walk the other way! Why won't you just take this risk" he screamed. He threw his tools to the ground and stormed towards her. 

"You're just like them!" He hissed as he slapped her across her face. She fell back into Yusei's arms. They started to yell as the others came. Crow went to see if (Y/N) was ok but she brushed him off. She walked back to Kalin and grabbed him by the shirt collar so he couldn't getaway.

"If you want to go and get yourself lock up, fine. Go and get yourself tortured for all I care! But you're putting lives on the line and that's gone too far!"  She cried, shoving him back and left in a rush. Once things cooled over and dusk arrived over the dead land, Jack came to find (Y/N). She was working on her duel runner but she had her music up loud and didn't seem to actually be working. Crow came by and just saw Jack standing there. 

"You gonna talk to her? Cause I'm not" Crow said crossing his arms. 

"Well I need her help but...." Jack started but the sounds of sirens interrupted him. (Y/N) she shut off her music to hear the sirens, then grabbed her deck and disk and got on her runner to find the trouble. The two boys hid to make sure that she didn't see them. She went to find Kalin, he was the cause of this she knew.

Time skip.

It was raining hard but it didn't matter. (Y/N) and the gang found Kalin and had to think of something quick to deal with what he did. 
"We need to do something. If we don't then he'll have to turn himself in." Crow started glancing back at the window. (Y/N) was quiet for most of the conversation. 

"I'll turn myself in. It's the best way. Plus I can probably get myself out. " she said suddenly.

They ended up listening to her plan but two weeks later she got out because they caught Kalin. His last words were laced with venom. 

"This was your fault (Y/N). I HATE  you."

End flashback

Yusei pov

"Either way we need to go back. Martha has a bunch of kids and I'd hate for something to happen to them. " A plan was put into place, The twins, Akiza Yusei and (Y/N) all were heading back to the Satellite. Blister had business here and had to say.
