Christmas Special - Mistletoe

Hey, my wonderful readers!! Sorry for not updating...highschool is hard!! But I wanted to do this..so more updates are in the works!!
This has nothing to do with the actual story or it can if you want but it may mess with the time-line so please don't judge me!! And this takes place in an alternate universe with no Covid...just to ease your minds!

(Y/N) Pov

AN: The kids' names are gonna be made up by me...because I don't know their names and I'm shipping Akiza and Crow in this story from now on...they are too cute together!!!!!!

...Not gonna lie I kinda hate the holidays. I like seeing everyone and getting them presents. Plus the food is always great but I hate the stress that comes with everything. The stores are filled with grouchy people and well more grouchy people who would bite if they could. Currently, I'm at Martha's house with the twin and all the other kids decorating the tree while the gang is...shopping? Oh and Yusei is working in the garage. 

"(Y/N), We can't reach the top! Can (F/D) lift me please?" Annie asked pulling on the end of the tunic I was wearing. (F/D) appeared from behind the tree and let the small girl climb on their back. 

"Jackson leave Martha alone in the kitchen. You eat any more dough and we won't have any more cookies to decorate. We'll need to decorate you!" I teased the small boy as he tried to hid the crumbs on his face. All the kids were running around with so much energy I swear I need a battery plugged into me if I want to keep up with them. 

"Ok everyone outside!! You need to burn off all this energy!" Crow ordered as they came home arms full of food and other fun things. 

'My saviours' I muttered collapsing into a nearby chair. Akiza laughed as she sat next to me. 

"Next time we leave the boys with the kids and take you with us...unless"

"Unless what?"

"Unless you wanted to stay here and smooch a certain mechanic under the Mistletoe!" Akiza said nudging my shoulder. I swear my face discovered a new shade of red when her words reached my ears. I stood up immediately and shook my head.

"Maybe that's what you want but for me, that whole Mistletoe thingy is not gonna happen. Never has, never will!" 

Laugh all you want but I've never kissed anyone before...and that is never going to happen. My crush is the famous Yusei Fudo, my childhood friend and my missing piece as Martha claimed. But none of that matters right now I am in the middle of a snowball fight with six kids ganging up on me and well...having to deal with my brother and my best friend / my brother's girlfriend (Akiza) trying to get me to walk under a doorway with Yusei and stop under the Mistletoe.

They do this every year and I swear they are going to be the death of me if I survive this snowball fight. 

"Alight, I'm not going to play nice anymore! Come forth, guardian of the snow (F/D)!! Attack these intruders!!" I claimed. The kids gave out playful screams and my dragon played with them! After a couple of hours and me losing feeling in my toes, we headed inside because we were going skating later that night. It's Christmas Eve, we need to make it fun.  

"Annie, make sure no one is following me ok? Haden, you need to watch the front ok? Let's go" I ordered as we walked through the door to avoid me from kissing anyone. I'm only (Y/A) and I work on becoming the best Turbo Duelist in the world not finding a partner. 

"Can we watch a movie now?" The kids all cried once we all were settled back in and warm.  I nodded as they grabbed Crow and ran off. I sighed and started cleaning up the mess from the hot chocolate. Jack watched me from the doorway with a smirk.
