"( Y / N ) my dear, you are correct I have been to that base many times to check up on you. You were much like a daughter to me." I said looking at her.
" Cut the crap Goodwin! All you ever did was run tests on me that usually left me unconscious!" She shouted back. I chuckled at this. She was always strong and showed she wasn't the type to be pushed around.
" Come to the window all of you" I instructed as they all came. The rumble earlier was the rising of the Crimson Dragon temple.
" This is the temple of the Stars. Each one of you Signers was given the mark of the Crimson Dragon. You are the only protection force against the Dark Signers. " I stated as they gazed at the temple.
" What are we all Signers in this room? " Leo questioned looking around before I shook my head.
" There is only one in this room who isn't a Signer but there is also one not in this room who will become one. " It didn't seem to answer his question but it kept him quiet.
" Now you all must go to the B.A.D. lands to find power towers. Place your dragon card in there to turn them off and keep the Dark Lord away." With that they were sent off.

He is plotting something and I know in my bones it involves us. I kept to myself as we headed back to our runners. Leo and Luna flew with Jack in his helicopter as Akiza, Yusei and I rode our runners. Our base would be at Martha's house that way we can protect the kids there.
" (Y / N )! !!! There's a monster outside! You need to keep it away!!!!" Annie and her friends cried as they ran to me. I looked at Crow who shrugged.
" Alright I'll....go" I hesitated to stand as (F / D ) roared next to me. I ran outside and called out for the others.
"My, my is that any way to treat a guest?" mocked him. He seemed familiar but it was hard to place it.
" Answer the question'' Jack yelled growing agitated. The stranger only smiled.
" I am Roman. Leader of the Dark Signers. I have come to see those who can defy me." He said looking at the seven of us. His gaze lingered at me before Yusei started questioning him. I didn't hear anything as my mind was focusing on why he seemed familiar. As the signer's marks glowed, my back burned hard. Did I have a connection to the Crimson Dragon or was it just my imagination.
"Who is your leader? Step forward. I must test your powers to change my plan. " Roman demanded as Yusei step forward.
"(Y/N)! There's more of them. " Annie cried coming up to us.
"Annie NO!!" I cried running towards her but that blasted purple barrier got in the way.
"Well that pesky girl got in the way of my surprise. Oh well, you might as well meet your opponent now Yusei." Roman motioned for a figured to come. Yusei faced dropped as we recognized who it was.
"You're a sick man Roman!" I hissed, I hated when people toy with emotions.
"Rally...Roman, I swear that we will put an end to you."
Rally seemed dazed and wouldn't speak at all. Soon everyone but Yusei was pushed away by the barrier.
"I won't duel him, Roman. Get down here and duel me." Yusei yelled but Roman laughed.
"Too late. Rally put an end to him"
