Love is the heart
That beats even in
The bodies of beasts
Who had been once great souls
But have fallen after being trapped. Then, should I call them a true beast?
Who seeks to search for light,
Even while killing his ideals,
And morals starving?Should I, be a beast in name
Who has fallen from the heaven of pure innocence
Into the vice of being indulgent
Yet, so skillfully, and a love so growing
Embraces the Divinity
In self, in Thy World
That you have woven
For us to learn lessons. One day, I might be able to know
The way out of this maze
But my heart says it is love
That beats in my heart
For whom, I know not
But for someone yet unknown
Still the one I know
For years, days, lives
We have been together. For we were once estranged
Now, we struggle
To find each other
And be in arms again
And feel the same comfort
That we might have felt
In some life old and far
And yet close
For all time is a circle
And we are returning to what we left
To be remembered.
