Two Years

Once, two years back, there came a storm in my life
Opening before me doors that I didn't want to seek
As a farmer, a low life, but I had to, being the humble that I wanted to be.

There came a lot of bodies, nasty and proud
Breaking my own insanity, and making me question my own beliefs
And thus, I broke His idol, and decided to dethrone Him.

It was when, my Lord had started His time— the darker one, the One's whose face is unfortunate, came to rescue me.

Two years rebuild my own beliefs, shredding to dust which was degradable
Planting the seeds of practicality and knowledge
Watering them with hardwork and devotion
He opened my eyes, guiding my perspective
To what was truly the Truth, and not an oath of half-living demons.

And then, at the end, came a storm
But this time, I was strong.
I didn't break Him, I embraced Him, I loved Him.
I made Him a part of my life, even if tiny.
I gave Him the love he should have, and shall increase it day by day.

The dark, "unfortunate face" Lord, came to change me
And how can I not love Him? He is, a part of Me.
