14 - Uniform

~

To start my week, I woke up very early on a Monday and started working out. I have been missing a day or two since Agape. Waking up next to her and watching rise up has become a favorite morning routine for me. Kaya imbes na maaga ako babangon, I'd be so tempted on staying in bed with her instead.

I spent a solid hour at the gym inside the house. Did some weights and other cardio routine. Pagkatapos naman ay lumabas ako para mag jogging paikot ng buong subdivision.

Today's Agape's first day at school. If she's excited, sa tingin ko ay mas excited pa ako as if I'm the one going to school. I have shopped her some things she will be needing for school and since she requested she didn't need a lot, I was forced not to buy too much. She also got her uniform the next day after enrollment. It was a white blouse and white A-cut, pleeted skirt. It has pink pippings on the sleeves and pink embroidered logo of the school. Kahit kasi hindi health science ang kurso, puti pa rin ang uniporme. It fitted her well and she looks good on it. I was actually working out the entire morning thinking of her in her uniform.

Agape was up by the time I got home from jogging. My dry fit shirt was soaked in sweat. Actually, buong katawan ko ay pawis na pawis. Tinanggal ko ang airpods ko sa tenga at nakangiting sinalubong sya. She's on the kitchen, food is on the table pero halatang hindi pa ito kumakain.

"Hey, good morning."

Lumapad ang ngiti nya. Agape in the morning has been my favorite kind of drug nowadays. All simple and yet so beautiful.

"Good morning!"

Nilapitan ko sya at hinalikan sa ulo. I caught her staring at my chest but I pretended not to notice. My shirt kind of fitted on my body because of too much sweat.

"Ready for your first day?" I went to the fridge to get some water.

"Mm-hmm. Medyo kinakabahan rin." Sagot nya.

"You'll be fine, Magie. Just be yourself and enjoy the thrill." I adviced.

Ngumiti naman sya.

"Oh? Why are you not yet eating?" Tumingin ako sa smart watch ko.

"It's already six. Eat up so we can go leave by seven."

"Hinihintay kasi kita eh. Sabay na tayo kumain?"

"You go first. I'll just take a quick shower."

Tumayo sya. "Sabay na lang tayo."

Ahh, my Agape.

Nginitian ko sya. "Okay. I won't oppose to that."

Masaya niya akong nilapitan saka tumingkayad para halikan ako sa labi.

Now, that's the good in the morning.

Agape's PoV

Pagkatapos namin mag shower ni Sid ay sabay na rin kaming nag almusal. Palagay ko ay nagmu-mukha na yata akong clingy sa kanya. Pero ang totoo, gusto ko siyang laging samahan. Dahil gusto ko sya. At pangalawa, dahil sa gusto ko sya, ayoko lang na maging mag-isa pa sya. Gusto ko lagi siyang may kasama kahit sa simpleng pagkain sa umaga.

Today is my first day at school.

Aaminin ko naman kinakabahan ako. Ilang taon na rin kasi ang lumipas noong huli akong nakatungtong sa pag-aaral. Tapos yung elementary at high school ako sa orphanage din ang eskwela namin. Kaya kami kami lang din ang magkakasama.
