I watched from the stage as Spider-Man pushed his way through the crowd until he could see me.

'You did it Violet!' Tom Holland shouted before doing a front flip and landing just a few inches away from me.
'You became the ultimate Just dance champion and saved us from the meathead Thanos!'

Hearing our conversation the crowd started chanting my name and calling me a hero.

'Thanks Tom Holland. I just don't know how I did it. I don't think I've played Just dance since I was 10 yet you say I'm the world champion?'

'The one and only.' He confirmed.

'Well I do surprise myself sometimes.'
I said with a cocky attitude.
'But really, I beat Thanos? What about his arm thingie?'

'It shattered into a million pieces with every dance move you nailed.'

Huh. Maybe the avengers should've brought me in sooner. Sure the films would be shorter but this is a great alternative ending.

'Enough about Thanos.'  I giggled as Tom pulled me against him so I was in his arms.
'I have an important question to ask you Violet.'

A loud bang drowned out the crowd and but as I lifted my head up to see what it was Tom placed a hand on my cheek and stole my attention back with a dreamy smile.

'Ask away.'

'Will you run away with me and become Mrs Spiderman?'

'Erm hell yeah! What else have I got to do? Nothing that's what.'

Another loud bang caught my attention and to my horror this time Tom was vanishing before my eyes as I started stirring awake. I tried my hardest to hold onto the glorious dream but whatever was going on around me shattered any chance of that.

Not wanted to move due to how warm and cosy I was wrapped up in my duvet, I cracked an eye open and glanced around my room. It was then that I clocked the culprit causing all the noise, whose green eyes were glazed over in boredom.

On the floor were numerous objects that he'd pushed off my desk in what I had no doubt was him trying to wake me up as well as being an annoying asshole.
'George don't you dare.'

The cat stared me down and after a few tense seconds stuck his paw out again and started pushing my pencil case closer to the edge of the desk. With each shove George taunted me, daring me to get out of bed and make him stop.

'I swear to god if you push that!' I warned.

He stopped, looking me dead in the eyes as if considering whether to do it or not. Then after a few seconds the little shit yawned and gave it one last shove sending it crashing to the floor. Of course I'd left it unzipped last night so the entire contents shot off in different directions across my bedroom floor.

I leapt out of bed which was when he decided to jump down from my desk and sprint out my room. He was long gone when I reached the landing and groaned in frustration. I was then that Jacob's bedroom door flung open and he glared at me like I was the spawn of Satan.

'Could you make any more noise?' Although groggy his voice was dripping with sarcasm.

'It was the cat.'
