"Come on Bakubro, it's your friend we are trying to talk to here!" Denki exclaims, Bakugo didn't care, in his opinion, they were lucky he even came!
"He's not my friend! And stop calling me Bakubro!" Bakugo explodes to the group sitting on the floor.
"Fine Blasty McSplode-y, let's get started!" Kirishima declares proudly. Bakugo looks menacingly at them, almost telling themselves to watch it, just off of one glance.
"I don't even get why you are doing this, he can talk can't he?"
"Bakugo, he can only say yes or no, how would you feel only being able to say two words?" The red head responds, Bakugo takes a second in contemplation before making a 'tch' sound. Bakugo thought, 'he can say three words, yes, no AND maybe.'
"Alright, let's start!~" Mina yells excitedly, throwing her hand in the air. The room goes pin drop silent. The teens sit around the board and look at each other as they place their hands on the piece.
"Are there any spirits here?" Denki asks the board. The teens stare at the board not wanting to miss anything. A few seconds pass, "Man, this is obviously not--" the small ivory coloured piece begins to move. Silent gasps air throughout the room as the piece moves over yes.
"Hey, nobody's moving this right?" one asks,
"I'm not!" the others respond. Bakugo, who sits in the corner, looks ever so slightly over to the board. The group nods to each other.
"What is your name?" Sero asks, the rest of the group waiting eagerly. The small planchette glides over letters.
"I-Z-U-K-U." The group repeats together.
"Izuku." Bakugo sounds out from his part of the couch.
"Woah." Sero responds.
"So this is really your friend, huh Bakugo?" Sero asks, turning to face the boy he is talking to.
"I guess, I don't know."
"It's moving again." Kirishima echos, everyone's attention is now turned toward the board. Including Bakugo.
"K-A-C-C-H-A-N." The group continues spelling once again.
"Kacchan? What the hell does that mean?" Mina asks. She turns to Bakugo, the only one who knows the ghost teen.
Thoughts quickly flood Bakugo's mind, memories from his childhood, ones in parks, ones where he would stand over the cowering boy. "It's nothing." He grunts.
The group on the floor whispers, "I really don't think it's nothing, otherwise the board wouldn't have said something without even being asked a question." the others nod their heads.
The teens move onto the next question, "Do you know who we are?" Bakugo didn't like the feeling in the air. "Yes." the board answers. Bakugo adjusts himself in his seat. Anger, confusion and nervousness all building up inside him. The teens look to each other, it was Denki's turn to ask the next question, and it was easy to tell they were all nervous for what he was going to ask.
"Why are you here?" The teens turn their heads in an Iida like motion, staring wide-eyed at the blonde. 'Why the hell would you say that!', 'Dude, those aren't the kind of questions you are supposed to ask!' we're the thoughts running through their minds. However, they all wanted to know the answer, even Bakugo was listening intensely in on the conversation.
"No." the board responds. But before anyone had anything else to ask, the small Ivory coloured piece, moved over the last word, "Good Bye." The teens lifted their fingers off the piece, chills running down few of their spines. "Ugh, Mina! What was with this lighting anyway! That made it a thousand times worse!" Sero asks, refering to the darkened room, only glowing with candle light.
The blonde with a bolt snickers, "Don't you think it just made it all the more creepy!" he says excitedly, giving a sneaky thumbs up to the pink skinned girl, who returned it with a wink.
"I'm out." The boy on the couch blurts out. He walk to the door where he exits to the cool outside. Even if it was just the beginning of the school year, it was slowly transitioning into fall.
"Oi, Nerd." A warm wind raps around him at his call. The boy contemplated what to say. 'Did he really not know why he was here? Has he been just hanging around me for the past 8 years?', he thought to himself. "Don't-" he froze, trying to think of the words. "DON'T YOU EVER CALL ME KACCHAN AGAIN YOU SHITTY DEKU." 'And there I go.' he thought to himself after his short outburst. The wind was still warm, almost as if saying, "Of course... Kacchan." The spikey-haired boy made his way home, it was late, he was exhausted, and he felt that this, would not be the end of the inquiries about the boy he called 'Deku'.
A/n, slightly shorter but this has got to be one of my favourites so far, the end interaction is just so heart warming!!! -Miss_Fall. Thanks for the support!
