Not Gone. (Ghost Deku AU)

Ch2pter 7wenty Seven

Deep in the forest, Todoroki was now finding out the reason Izuku paired him with Tokoyami. Dark shadow rages out of control without the aid of Todoroki's flame. The pair was fightly valiantly against a villain until Todoroki had to focus on keeping dark shadow under control.

However, Bakugo and Shinsou were trying hard to evade their villain's large metal rods. The metal had the reach and strength that they didn't, luckily this pair knew exactly what to do. Bakugo nods toward Shinsou, allowing the other to take the lead. Shinsou quickly starts baiting the villain into talking while narrowly avoiding their harsh quirk.

"You want flesh right? You want meat?" the purple haired boy asks the villain,

"Meat?" Got him. Shinsou quickly used his quirk to trap the villain,

"Don't move. Bakugo now!" With the command Bakugo quickly launches his explosions right into the villain with no resistance. The villain fell completely to the ground, no will left in his body to continue.

"Flesh?" His last words were whispered quietly. Todoroki and Tokoyami emerged silently through the shrubbery.

"Bakugo and Shinsou. We saw your explosions and headed here. You guys heard right? Bakugo is one of the targets." Bakugo, who had been completely blocking out anything except the sound of his explosions, stood in confusion. 

"Why are they going after Bakugo?" Shinsou asked calmly, recovering from the deafening explosions as well.

"I'm not sure. We should try and find the teachers, they would be the safest option." Tokoyami thought out loud.

"So our new mission is to escort Bakugo?" the new team nods in agreement, 

"But which is the best way to go?" Shinsou asked,

"Cutting across the forest would be fastest but we don't know how many villains we might encounter." Todoroki adds, Bakugo still lost in the conversation. 

At that same time Izuku's wind came sweeping by. Bakugo, recognizing what to do, pulls out a small spirit box from his pocket, one he had secretly bought on his own. 

"I can go ahead and try to take you on a safe route." Izuku answers. 

"And we have all of our quirks." The group quickly agree on a plan while Bakugo stands there, still confused.

"What's with you guys?" Bakugo quickly exclaims,

"DON'T PROTECT ME ASSHOLES, I DON'T NEED IT." He continues, shoving the small spirit box back in his pocket, forcibly keeping Izuku with him.

The group started walking forward, "DON'T IGNORE ME!" Bakugo yells in his last effort, " AND DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!" he argues, peacefully walking with Izuku's light nudges.

"WAIT" the speaker from Bakugo's pocket yells. The group quickly surrounded Bakugo in a triangle formation as Izuku went to go investigate the villain. 

From just down the path, Shoji and Koda emerge. With a quick head toss, they joined the ring around Bakugo. 

"That's a rather harsh way to use your aura, little ghost." The group quickly raised their guard even higher. Only class 1-A and the teacher's knew about Izuku, or so they thought. The villain comes out from the trees.

"This isn't a stage you can shine on, Bakugo. I will take you to somewhere you can be a star." Bakugo felt his anger only grow with this remark. 

"Despicable people like you could never even reach the doors of the theater." Bakugo's words spat like venom towards the villain.

"I'm sure if you tried being in the main cast, you would quite like it." The villain tries to reason, not understanding the true anger building inside Bakugo. This anger was nothing like he had ever felt before, not when Izuku died. But when try tried to belittle his death by saying such words. Acting like they deserve to be front and center.

"I will never forgive a person like you, when you are the type to kill innocent people who deserve everything they want in life." At the same time, Aizawa who had been running the opposite direction made a quick change, dropping Kota at the camp. A large grouping of birds had started pointing in the same direction, and Aizawa quickly understood.

The small group understood quickly that this villain had knowledge about all of their quirks, and wouldn't be easily trapped. 

A/n, Due to my schedule picking up with school, chapters might be this short for a little while. I'm sorry because I feel like I'm just making excuses every week when I just want to give you good reading, sorry. I am happy to say we are now at least half way done this story.
