The Cheesecake Joke.

Okay, I need to start this completely straightforward. This joke is so fucking offensive. It's a fat joke. Stop it. It's harmful to Tim Wright/Masky's actor, Tim Sutton, and it might even be harmful to other people. Now, let me explain.

The joke all started from a comment that pointed out Tim's weight. They said he looked a little chubby and said something about cheesecake. I don't know exactly what it said, but it was not okay.

Tim got harassed by people about the cheesecake joke, and people still use it to this day, which is NOT okay, considering it's body shaming. [Screenshots from his conversation are below. I did not take the photos. I found these on Safari.]

Also! It's a popular belief that the cheesecake joke is the reason as to why you can't comment on Marble Hornets videos. It's also believed that the cheesecake joke is why Tim had been losing weight throughout the videos.

I'm not sure, though. I just wanted to shed some light on this, but Tim did explain what happened once and found it funny that people come to defend him.

So, he finds it funny that people rush to his defense when someone mentions cheesecake like its some sort of trauma, but then again, just mentioning cheesecake might not be you trying to refer to the cheesecake joke.
