Part Two

Today I went to the beach and had the time of my life. I parked my bicycle at the wall that separated the beach from the parking lot. Over time the sand has seemed to collide with the parking lot going to the concrete.

I took off my flip flops. And took off my cover-up. It slid down my legs I bent down to pick it up.  I went into the beach and the warm sand washing over my feet. I looked around me to see some people playing, while some people are just laying down on the beach. The water just catches my eye. I start slowly walking as the sand gets into my toes "The worst part of being at the beach." I think to myself as I reach the wetter part of the sand nearing the water. The sound or the waves are music to my ears. I hop in and start to swim. I was craving this feeling since last week.

I was finally united with my element. I realized that I left my mermaid tail in my bicycle basket. I got it and put it on. It was sort of tough to get to the water just having a tail and nothing else.  Also possibly needing to crawl a lot. But once I got to the water my first intention was to get to deeper water so I could swim better.  Because just being met with sand the moment you go underwater and god forbid open your eyes is not a nice sight. Snorkel, goggles or just straight up just your eyes.  If you open your eyes in the water at best you will just be met with a blurry vision of the water.

Take it from someone who's been swimming for the past 15 years in lots of beaches and pools and also in the bathtub and stuff. And also an outdoor pool. Mine has a diving board. It's kind of big, but not that big due to having to clean and it being responsible for most if not all of our water bill.

But anyway, once in the deeper water I went underwater and I was met with a little of sand but mostly just blurry water and I was happy because I could look aesthetic in the water without the water being crappy or me having to close my eyes and go to the surface quick. Because that would not be a pretty sight, not for me or for you. But yeah, swimming with my mermaid tail is my favorite way to swim.  Besides the snorkel because I can almost breathe.

And then the mermaid thing because I can put both of my feet up and down. And I love being able to do that.

But yeah, I was swimming and I had an amazing time in the water. But the only thing that I don't like is that when the waves are huge and they are strong to the deeper end of the water or to the shore.  Like I am almost at a point where I would have to swim physically up because I got to the point where I am no longer able to stay afloat with my body above the water. So like I can only get a few breaths in before I am under the water again.   But yeah, I really like the refreshing sight of no sand and just water clear water. (but it looks blue) sort of. from a distance it does...  Anyways.  I honestly had an amazing time. But once I was done swimming I decided that I wanted to not have my mermaid tail on and in instead just my bathing suit.

So I took off the mermaid tail. And I put it back into the bicycle basket. Then I ran back to the water (this time with my snorkel). But since the snorkel only could handle so much depth, if I went too deep then water would get into my snorkel then get into my mouth. and then my mouth has water with god knows what else. Even though I love water in all kinds of dirty water is my least favorite. Especially the kind in the public pools and beaches. But I have to deal with it and all I can do is avoid accidentally breathing in that dirty water or god forbid swallowing it. Like chlorine as I know apparently doesn't make spit and pee and all that other nasty ass stuff go away. So I'm swallowing water that has been peed in, and also has a butt-ton of salt and sand. It's the equivalent to having various liquids poured down your throat. Or for the kids or whatever who have to drink that god awful liquid medicine, it's like having to swallow various kinds of that at the same time. And trust me that would not be a fun time. Even now as a 17-year-old. I know that if I had to do that I would be horrified. Because there is still liquid medicine for certain things like ny-quil severe or something like that or day-quil. That is what is liquified and also the oils and stuff. That is god awful. And also some pills just taste nasty.  So yeah, I do not know why I just went on a rant about swallowing that god awful water is the equivalent to all of those things...

For some reason I just wanted to lay on the sand and since water and sand in your swimsuit is not a good thing. So I just stood there for 30 minutes straight doing nothing all because I wanted my swimsuit and myself to dry. But then I got a towel and basically everything was dry besides my hair but I don't give a damn about that. I could just put a pillow or a towel and I'll be fine.

So after that, I laid a towel down and rested. Ok I kind of lied I have a bicycle and also a car so It will be more legit. Because like, at this point having all of those things in a basket on a bicycle. Like I personally think at that point your bicycle would just fall.   So for the rest of this entry, I will just say that I walked or got things out of my car instead of my bicycle.Because there are going to be things like towels and my phone and at this point my mermaid tail is pretty heavy from all of the swimming and being in the water in general. But about the swimming thing, I did not have the best time because I had to be in the shallow end. Well, technically I could go into the deep end and all I would have to do is keep afloat or, not go too deep and just stay at the surface of the water.  I was happy when I realized that those were the only rules I had to follow in order to use my snorkel in the deep end and see the water in all of it's prime. Minus the sand part of course, but yeah after that everything else that i just said previously before this paragraph happened.

So yeah, I had a good time see you tomorrow. Bye
