Miss you

Avery's POV:
"Hey Code, thank you so much for inviting me" I said with a smile as I got into his car.
"You don't have to thank me Ave you're my family" He smiled back at me and patted my shoulder.
I felt so lucky to be in the present, to have Chloe and him and Joyce in my life, caring for me, I actually felt safe, which was a new feeling for me.
When we got to the diner and decided what to order he looked at me funny, I couldn't figure out why.
"So what do you want?" He asked.
"I think I'll take the chocolate cake" I smiled.
"Damm girl do you ever eat real food?" He giggled.
"Chocolate is real food Code! Sweets are the best" I giggled too.
"You're such a little girl, you only look like a woman, well.. A tiny woman" He teased.
"Hey! I'm not so tiny! Ok maybe I am but it's cute.. Right?" I asked seriously.
"Sure is, I'm just kidding relax" he laughed.
We order and waited for our food in silence, I couldn't stop thinking about Chloe, my body, my mind, my heart, everything inside me just craved for her,
It hurt to be apart, all I wanted to do was run back to her house and jump her bones.
"So listen Ave.." Cody interrupted my thoughts.
"I know we haven't seen each other for years, but you are my family, and you mean so much to me.. "
"You mean a lot to me too Code!" I said, feeling warm inside, he was being so sweet.
"So.. I'm dating someone.. I really want you meet her, you don't have to!" He said nervously.
"I'd love to meet her!" I said excited, he relaxed and smiled.
"Tell me about her! How did you meet?"
We talked for a while, it was really nice being with him, after about two hours he drove me to blackwell.
The second I got to my dorm room I wanted to text Chloe, and when I opened my phone I saw a text from her, my heart skipped a bit.

'Chlo: R u still with ur cosin?'
'Avery: No just got to my dorm room :)'
'Chlo: NO EMOJI'
'Avery: But I love Emojis <3'
'Chlo: NO EMOJI'
'Avery: Ok ok no Emoji lol'

Chloe's POV:
I wanted to go see her so much, I saw her only 2 hours ago and I already missed her, Fuck this girl made me go crazy.
She was so cute it was even showing though texts.
When I started thinking about what else to text her I got another text from her

'Angel: I really realy really miss u.. I feel like I'm on fire every time I think of you I want you so badddd'

I blushed immediately, I was so shocked and excited that she actually felt this way about me, I didn't know how to respond.

'Angel: OMG I did NOT mean to send it!!!!!'
'Chloe: LOL LOL I really really really miss u 2 Angel.'

I felt butterflies in my stomach god I was so glad she felt the same way I felt for her.

'Chloe: So what r u doing?'
'Angel: thinking about how I have to go take a shower but really don't want to stop texting u'
'Chloe: Go, text me later Angel.
And think of me while ur there, I'll definitely picture u in there...'

I lighted a cigarette and read the text again, making sure I read it right before.
