Chapter 4. Amys State of Mind

Chapter 4.

It had been a few days since the Counsellor had had a good talk with Amy , Ty had been in every day to see her and gave her plenty of Hugs and kisses and made sure she knew how much he Loved her.
The Counsellor came in every morning to see Amy and gave her a pen and notebook to write down anything she wanted to ask.
Amy's mind kept going over and over what she had been told, also everything that her dad had said , she was starting to think why Ty would still want her, her dad had said she was damaged goods, was she, she didn't feel like she was !.  After a while someone came in and upon seeing who it was her heart sank.
How did her Dad get in, he was kicked out and twice before he was denied entry into the hospital.
Tim started straight away telling her that he would not allow the wedding to take place. Amy wrote in her Notebook in big letters " You can't stop me" ,
"Oh yes I can."
"I'm 23 and an Adult so try if you can, I'm marrying Ty" .
Tim was getting more angry by the second,  you Amy, are a Stubborn little whore.
What Tim just said really hurt Amy and her eyes were filling up with tears she felt bad as it was and the things Tim was saying made it worse.
Tim started to walk away, turned and then said " Your just like your Mother,  she was a whore as well.". Then he left.
Amy was feeling very mixed emotions  , Ty could do better than her, she had to let him go.
Just then her phone dinged for incoming message.
Amy opened the message and just stared at the Video. Someone had sent it to her and it didn't hide anything of what they were doing to her. She felt sick and threw her phone to the bottom of the bed.
Now Amy definitely felt used and damaged, she had to let Ty go.

About an hour later Ty and Lou came to see Amy, she wasn't in her room but her phone was, Lou picked it up and pressed the button,  when she saw the Video she went cold, TY she shouted and showed him the video.
Ty began to panic thinking she may try something,  they both walked to the Nurses Station and explained,  then the nurse told them how Tim had got in but Security guards caught him obviously leaving after seeing Amy.
Ty told her that Amy was missing and he was worried that she would probably do something stupid.
The nurse thought then shouted **The Roof**.
Ty and Lou followed the directions from the nurse while she notified Dr Hammond.
Ty n Lou reached the roof, Amy was sat on the wall looking down Sobbing,  she didn't want to do this but after everything her dad said she felt she had no choice but to let Ty Go.
Ty had took his boots off and was slowly moving around her to come from the other side as quietly as possible.  Amy didn't know what she wanted to do , she was scared of dying  but her head was pounding and going over what the video showed, she felt dirty all over a again and embarrassed.  She just closed her eyes and started crying moving nearer the edge when two strong  arms went round her waist and a voice said" GOTCHA",  Ty pulled her back and held her in a Bridle carry, he looked at her and gave her the most passionate kiss he could to make her see how much he still wanted and loved her.

They were back in her room,  Lou had sent the video to her phone for the police then deleted it from Amy's.. 
Ty asked Amy in a nice calm loving way while still holding her why she would think of jumping off the roof.
Amy was still sobbing and trying to talk and told Ty and Lou what Tim had said to her and what he called her the same as her mother, amy asked Ty why he would still want her now she was used and damaged.
Ty asked Amy why she thought that she was damaged and used.
Amy explained that it was Her Dad who said those things and I had to let you go but I couldn't because I love you to much, so if I ended it you'd be free and I wouldn't be sad.
Ty was furious at Tim for almost driving her to kill herself for nothing.
"Amy I love you", Ty said, and you dont listen to anything Tim says again, do you hear me, please amy.
"Okay", amy said and just held him tight.
Dr Hammond had already called for the Councellor.
Lou went out and phoned Jack.
Hello Lou what's up.
Lou explained what had happened and about Tim getting into the Hospital and that he practically pushed Amy to jump off the roof of the Hospital.
The phone went dead, so Lou knew he was on his way.

Jack arrived and walked into Amy's room, as soon as Amy saw her Grandfather she got off the bed and ran to him. Jack hugged her and practically lifted her off the floor.  He couldn't lose his youngest Granddaughter she was the light of his life, so was Lou of course.
Eventually Amy was fast asleep,  Dr Hammond gave her a mild sedative .
Jack called Lou and Ty over to go to the Cafeteria to get drinks and so he could explain things that only three people knew about.
The three of them sat down in a corner and he asked if they were ready. They nodded that they were waiting for him to begin.
"Right, there was only three of us who knew about this first part but as Marion's no longer with us that leaves me and Tim.
Lou, your mum and dad were going through a few rough patches before Amy was born, Tim was always away on the rodeo circuit,  1 month at home then 3 or 4 months on the circuit so your mum was only seeing him for about 3 months a year and she'd had enough of him doing it especially after 5 yrs. I'd told him but he just shrugged me off.
This eventually drove her into someone else's arms. Do you remember Stumpy's Family down the road Lou."
"Yes Grandpa I do actually."
"Well it was there eldest son and he was the same age as Marion. I wasn't happy about it but I could also see where Marion was coming from,  she was lonely and craving affection from anyone really.
Anyway ya mum fell pregnant and Tim knew it wasn't his child because your mum was 3 months gone and they didn't get together during his month back so it had been at least 7 months since they'd been together as husband and wife.
Also he'd begun to drink while he was away. Eventually Amy was born and Oh boy was she a beautiful baby,  looked just like Marion when she was born.
Ya dad insisted that as far as any one was concerned he was the father and amy was a Fleming.  While your dad was on the circuit your mum took Amy to see her Dad and this went on for while untill someone told Tim and he hit the roof and as for your mum, he gave her a black eye and me being younger back then gave him two black eyes.
Anyway he warned her before going back to the rodeo.  But your mum believed that Amy had a right to see her father but was a lot more careful.
This went on for about three years until Amy's dad died in an accident. Anyway the Police weren't happy and had the car checked, and marked it as suspicious. Then Tim had his rodeo  wreck.  Which you know about." 
Lou looked at Jack ,,"Oh My God Grampa , so Amy's my half sister,  oh bless her and she's lost her Dad and Mom, lou said with tears in her eyes."

Jack looked at Lou and Ty, "there's something else I need to say and your not going to like it.
The police still have your mums old truck and they didn't look at it after the accident happened as they put it down to the Storm but there getting Forensics to look at it to make sure it wasn't anything else. "

"WHAT, they think someone may have tried to kill Mum And Amy."

"Lou, your mum did die and we thought we were going to lose Amy too if you remember.."

Ty looked shocked, but was thinking , what if it was Tim, but Ty didn't want to jump to the wrong conclusion again.
