L E X I

"Where have you been?" He asked looking furious.

"Nowhere." I said walking inside.

"Who were you with?"

"No one."

"What were you doing?"

"Nothing."

"Well that sounds like a lot of fun." Sam called out.

"Well I hope it was worth it because you're grounded." Ethan said.

"What? You can't do that! You're not my dad!" I said going up to my room.

"Get back here right now!" Ethan yelled in a deadly tone. I froze where as I was. All you could hear was silence.

"Lexi!" He yelled. I walked down the stairs slowly.

"Look I am going to ask you again because I don't think you understand how questions work. Where. Were. You." He said staring into my eyes. His eyes were cold. They had no warmth in them. No kindness.

"Lexi just tell him." Blayke said from behind Ethan. I stood in silence I'm not going to say anything.

"Get her." Ethan said coldly. All the boys ran over and held me down on the floor before tickling me. I couldn't help it and started laughing and wriggling around on the floor.

"Stop it!" I yelled trying to breathe.

"Not until you tell us where you were." Jack said.

"Nope." I said and they started tickling me again as I tried to get out of their reach.

"Look just stop!" I yelled pushing them off me. One second they act like they don't like me and the next they're tickling me and laughing. I walked upstairs and into my room, locking the door.

Today was great. It was really amazing. He'd invited me over again tomorrow and I was going. I didn't care if I missed school. I'm probably failing half of the lessons anyway. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep, thinking about what I will do tomorrow.

It was 5 in the morning. I had snuck out as everyone else was asleep. I was on my way to the sunflower field to meet Mason. He said to meet him there because he had a surprise for me. I had no clue what he had planned for me.

I walked up to the gate and walked in. I saw Mason outside the barn and walked over saying 'Hi'.

"You came!" He said coming over and hugging me.

"Of course she did." Someone said from behind me.

I was about to turn around when I got hit on the head with something hard.

I woke up in an unfamiliar place. I was tied up in a chair with my hands behind me. It was dark and I could barely see anything. Then a door opened letting in some light. A man came in as well and turned the light on. I closed my eyes because of how bright the lights were.
