"What do we have here?" Megatron's pointed teeth shone as he gave an evil smile.
Starscream grinned in pride. "My armada found the Autobot's signal and captured her, my liege."
Megatron stared at the femme chained to the ceiling. Energon ran down her body from injuries. His army had beaten her unconscious before capturing her. The Decepticon leader glanced at his second in command.
"Tell me, Starscream, what was an Autobot doing alone without her team?" he asked. Part of him wished the seeker wasn't so oblivious. Starscream noticed his master's lack of praise and stepped back.
"W-well she was fighting with another Cybertronian, my liege." he stuttered.
Megatron tilted his helm. "Who?"
"Soundwave."
That was interesting. Megatron grasped an electric rod in his servos before stepping towards the femme. He knew that there were numerous reasons as to why Soundwave would quarrel with the Autobots, but there was something off about the entire situation.
"Double security. I want vehicons everywhere." Megatron ordered sternly. A sick grin twisted over his face platings before glancing back at the Autobot known as Arcee. "I will be occupied here for the time being."
"Y-yes my lord." Starscream bowed quickly before scurrying away. Megatron looked towards the femme again, whose optics were just beginning to open. Her lips were placed in a thin line as she stared at the rod and then back towards the warlord.
"Guess I woke up just in time. Ready to have some fun, Megatron?" Arcee asked, a smirk slowly appearing on her face. Megatron's red optics glowed with anger.
"I suppose I am." he sneered before stabbing her with the rod, causing her to cry out.
Indeed, he would have some fun.
On a separate level, Soundwave stared at his familiar surroundings and made his way through the halls of the Nemesis, so far undetected. With a few more turns, he would be in the room that held the Omega keys. The silent mech turned a corner, keeping himself hidden as much as possible.
It didn't last long, though, as a group of six Vehicons marched down the corridor and stopped short upon seeing him. There was a moment of silence before all of them tensed and raised their blasters. One took aim and shot his energon blaster, which was easily dodged by Soundwave. The front line took charge, racing forward while the last three continued to attack.
Venting softly in annoyance, Soundwave forced himself not to roll his optics before opening a groundbridge. The three in front stopped short as another opened behind them as well, trapping them. Everything shook as they began to cry out and become trapped in the shadow zone.
