Another short chapter most likely! (Sorry for that)

Also, I hate Starscream, anyone with me?

But some don't like Soundwave cause he's 'boring' so I guess everyone has their own opinions. Pic up top is not mine- I just wanted to find a good one for Starscream fans out there.

~ Enjoy❤️

"Please, no! Don't do this! Please-"

"You deserve this, wench. I'm growing tired of you-"

"Please-"

Soundwave growled silently under his breath. Closed his optics as he continued to walk through the quiet woods. Two hours he had aimlessly been walking, following the energon signature he had discovered back on the Nemesis.

It hadn't moved from its spot, simply remaining frozen at the same coordinates as before he had left. Soundwave considered calling in Lazerbeak to go before him and check for any Autobots, but pushed the thought away. Insisted that he could do things himself. He could take care of whatever the signature was coming from.

But something was different. Soundwave couldn't understand what it was, but in his spark he felt that this signature was different then all of the others.

Stronger. Incredibly stronger.

A banging noise followed by a scream forced the young girl to back against the farthest wall away from the door.

"Make it stop, make it stop-" the girl murmured under her breath, "Please please please make it stop."

She whimpered again as something slammed against the wall.

There it was again. Like a recording memory in his healm, replaying over and over again. Soundwave ignored it and continued walking. Focused on the scenery around him.

The sun was just beginning to set on the horizon, and the sky filled with various colors- red and yellow- but the majority of the sky was filled with purple.

Not as beautiful as Cybertron, Soundwave mused.

There was nothing more beautiful than his old planet. His home. Even after the war had began, he could guarantee that soldiers on either side of the battle would look up at the sky and find a much needed peace.

Suddenly, Soundwave paused. Glanced around him. He was picking up a new energon signal.

Starscream.

Just a mile away, growing closer and closer towards the main, strong energon signal he had come to investigate.

What was he chasing?

"You don't have to worry anymore, baby. Daddy is here now."

"Please just leave us alone."  A small voice quivered.

"I wouldn't dream of it, sweetheart."

A scream sounded through the dead of night, making Soundwave snap his healm up and away from his reoccurring nightmare. Then, there was silence. The silent mech narrowed his optics, focusing on the line of trees ahead of him.

Starscream was only a mile away.

Another scream sounded, making Soundwave tilt this healm in curiosity before heading towards the sound. Could it be possible that the seeker had involved himself with a human?

Within a few minutes he was at the edge of the tree line, staring off into a field of dad grass and stones sticking straight up from the ground. Even in the darkness Soundwave could see the little human. Hear her deep vents and cries as a large object moved in front of her.

Starscream didn't waste a second before bending over and trying to grab the femme in his servo. When his servo grasped air, he growled and began searching around him for the little human that had started to run away.

Soundwave scanned for the life form, making sure to stay out of Starscream's line of sight. The last thing he needed was for the seeker to know he was present.

For now, he would sit back and observe. Starscream would never go near a human, let alone try to capture one, unless there was a greater purpose. Soundwave wondered what that was.

The strong energon signal that first led him there was close.Really close. Yet just out of his reach. Without a sound, he made a scan for the object he was searching for before finding it. Around the femmes neck- a small rock that's glow was similar to energon.

Soundwave narrowed his optics. What is a human doing with energon?

Finally, Starscream grabbed the femme in his servo as she attempted to run again, past his leg. She kicked and screamed, trying her best to escape, but was failing miserably. Starscream grinned and placed a sharp digit right in front of her optics.

"Stop squirming. Or I won't hesitate to gut you. I am not afraid to get my servos dirty." He chuckled lowly, staring the femme in the optics.

She stopped squirming. "P-please, let me go. Just let me g-go." Her small voice whimpered.

"Please make it stop, please make it stop... please please please make it stop."

Soundwave jumped in surprise before being sucked in again.

"Just let me go- let mommy go... please? Please, Daddy-" The little girl was slapped and her head snapped to the side.

"I would never dream of leaving you two alone. Not anymore. You stay with me. Forever."

"You have something important to me, femme- give me the crystal, and I will release you." Starscream teased while tightening his grip on her body.

Soundwave stared at the human femme for a short while. He... knew her. Somehow he recognized her face... but he couldn't place his digit on it.

The rock around the girls neck glowed even brighter, and she grasped it between her servos. Obviously, she was confused, but knew what he wanted. And for some strange reason, didn't look willing to give it up.

"No. I would rather die than give it to you." She seethed. Just to make a point, she squeezed it tighter to her chest and growled. Soundwave noted the change in her behavior.

"As you wish."

Soundwave watched Starscream begin to crush the girl in his servo as she screamed in pain. Then, a groundbridge opened, and the Autobots stepped through.

Right on time, as always.
