Basically, in these chapters I just explain all the stuff I've learned from my own experience and some tutorials uwu.

First, let's start with the use of hue!

The colors you use shouldn't all have the same hue, then it would hurt your eyes to look at it.

Here's an example of a drawing made with too saturated color, you probably won't be able to look at it xD

You know, the drawing wasn't itself bad, but the colors destroyed it all.

So, are you saying that we should always color pur drawings using greyish colors? You may ask.

Well, no.

Then, it would look too boring, like this:

The colors should have different hues, as I have already said

See how the skin is more saturated than the hair? It doesn't hurt your eyes, but it's also interesting enough :>

You can notice the hues by using a black and white filter. If you see that all of them are the same grey color, you should change the hue of any of them.

You can see that the hues from the previous drawing are different :>

Now, what colours you should use to shade?

Well, you kinda have to experiment, but these are the colors I use to shade

Like, for orange I use a reddish color, for yellow I use a more orange one, etc

Now, if you are going to use cell shading or soft shading,

Well, if you're going to use these shading techniques, don't use the colors mixed with black

That is boring as heck, to be honest. It's what starters use, also.

Lastly, colours to draw light

Is the same as shading, I don't really have an explanation, it just looks more interesting

If you use white, you don't give every color a personality, it just looks more boring :(
