I have weird tastes, okay-

I won't include songs that I know exactly why I like them. But, I will try to guess why I like them.

For example, I won't include 'Love of my life' because I know the reasons I like them: it's from Queen, it's sad and I really like it when there's multiple voices at the same time.

And just a heads up, this chapter comes from an idiot that started liking 'Old town road' almost a year after it stopped trending-

Okay, I have a few songs so let's start. I will have the links below each description!

First, some honorable mentions (I know why I like them, so they didn't make it to the top)

-Beep beep I'm a sheep (sorry not sorrY)
-Uptown funk
-Wherever I go
-Believer
-Dear fellow traveler

That's all, let's start with the top

8. Don't leave me this way

This is really nostalgic to me, like a lot of other songs. I don't really have any other explanation, blame it on my dad and his music taste.

This song is kinda old, I did research and it's from 1986-

I just remember listening to this sitting on the backseat of my parent's car.

7. House of fun

This is really silly-

Yeah, I think one of the reasons why I like it is that I'm a sucker for silly songs

I didn't discover it as soon as the other one, but I did hear it on the radio and searched the name of the song.

And then listened to it on loop because it so catchY.

The videoclip is from 9 years ago, uh-

6. Blame it on the boogie

This song is so catchY

I also like fast songs, and Michael Jackson and the group he had with his siblings both have really quick and catchy songs.

I really wanted to put a song related to Michael since I quite like his music, so this has the spot.

Also my dad loves Michael Jackson so it influenced me a lot-

5. Yes sir I can boogie

PLEASE DON'T CANCEL ME-

Also the first 40 seconds have uh, weird sounds-

The song isn't itself funny, it's just the singers are Spanish and either have the thickest accent I've ever heard or really have bad pronunciation

I love how they pronounce hesitation like  'jesiteision'

Really, just hear that song and how they pronounce the lyrics, it's really funnY

4. Seaside rendezvous

If you know me, you may know that I love Queen, so these guys had to have a spot on the list.

There's one word to summarize the song: kazoo.

I love silly songs so much wtH.

And well, my guys deserved a spot here.

3. Funky town

This is really catchy and I love it

I mean, the first thing you hear in the song is already so unique, you know the song before hearing the first 5 seconds.

Also, the videoclip is pure gold and I can't get enough of it

2. California dreamin'

This shouts 'edgy' to me.

The melody, the lyrics, the multiple voices AAAAA.

I really like the start and pretty much everything about this song.

There is a more famous version of this song, but I prefer the original because I'm edgy. The lyrics may sound familiar to you because of the later version.

And last but definitely not least since it's my favorite out of the bunch, here's this song.

1. You got it

Again one of my childhood songs, I'm not a love song person but I really like this.

The song itself is not sad, but it just gives me sad vibes. Like a hopeless romantic kind of story.

I really like the melody and this song lives in my head rent free.

I just had to write these songs 👉👈

These songs are kinda a part of me. Silly, edgy and kinda sad. Maybe that's the explanation of every song in general.

That's all, hope you listened to the songs and maybe even liked a couple.

Good bye beauties :>
