"Arlo?" he looked at the king standing a distance away from them. "Why? let me beat this insolent ant here."Arlo sighed. "You are no match for her, and I don't want the roof in ruins. Stop it both of you." He commanded.
Only after Holden deactivated his ability did Arlo release his barrier. His glowing blue eyes returned to normal.
"You come with me." Arlo pointed at Elia."What's wrong?" Elia asked, noticing the look on Arlo's face. It was a mix of curiousity and mockery.
"I heard the bold claims you made." Arlo plainly stated.
"Hmmm? You were in that corridor?" Elia said.
"Royals aren't as easy as you think." Arlo smirked, in his eyes Elia was a strong respectable high tier but she was nothing in the face of the royals.
"Of course, if it was easy it won't be fun. Otherwise I wouldn't have come to wellston." Elia smiled warmly.
Arlo was silent before it struck him.
"She came to wellston just to challenge the royals?" Arlo thought, an expression of shock filled his face.
"Prepare yourself Arlo, don't bore me too much." Elia winked before leaving Arlo alone in the rooftop.
"She's confident to dethrone all the royals? Interesting." Arlo smirked to himself."That expression sure was satisfying." Elia thought. She quietly hummed to herself while strolling the corridors. Unaware, she had bumped into a couple of mid tiers bullying a low tier.
"Please forgive me!" The low tier kneeled and begged.
"Hmph! Useless trash!" The mid tier said before leading his group to stomp and kick the low tier.
Elia's eyes held a tinge of doubt when she looked at the bullied student but it quickly went away, her foot felt heavy as she started walking away.
"Hey! Stop it!" A voice shouted behind Elia's departing figure before a bolt of lighting was shot at the bullies. Seperating them from the low tier.
"Remi...." Elia turned back to see Remi with her ability activated.
"Mine your own buisness!" The group of bullies said.
"Oh?" Remi raised an eyebrow before preparing to attack once more.
"Damn shes too powerful." The bullies' leader said.
"Tch!" They spat before reluctantly leaving.
"Are you okay?" Remi asked the low tier before helping him up.
"Uhh...thanks." The low tier squirmed before running away.
"She's just like him." Elia thought before continuing to walk away.
"Why didn't you help?" Remi demanded. Elia stopped in her tracks.
"It is my choice whether to help him or not. Also, tell Blyke to prepare himself, I'm going to challenge him one of these days, hope he entertains me unlike Cecile." Elia walked away again.
Remi was stunned upon hearing Elia's words. She was a completely different person ever since she challenged Cecile.
"Was it all a farce? Being all friendly and cheerful to us?" Remi asked.
"Of course not, I geniunely enjoyed your company. As for being friendly and cheerful....hmm...Of course that wasn't fake either. But now I decided to challenge the royals I can't be friendly to strangers anymore, otherwise they might backstab me again." Elia turned back and smiled.
"Why are you doing this?" Remi asked.
"I don't know...for fun maybe." Elia said keeping her warm smile. "I have class...byebye." Elia left Remi alone in the corridor.
