Onscreen:
"Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guest at this time, the WWE champion, CM Punk." Josh Matthews roared into the microphone.
Punk stood next to him with a half-smile and his arms crossed.
"Yesterday at Money in the Bank, you put Daniel Bryan through a table at the end of an incredible match to retain your title. How does it feel?"
His mouth set in a hard line, "Yesterday should've been a great day."
Josh looked at him, his forehead creasing as he raised his eyebrows.
"Winning was great. It always is, but yesterday was kind of bittersweet."
"Why is that?"
"Vince Mcmahon."
"Excuse me?"
"Yesterday, I was supposed to celebrate two wins with my girlfriend, but Vince felt the need to cancel her match."
"Your girlfriend?" Josh inquired.
"My what?"
"You just said 'your girlfriend'..."
Punk's eyes darted around the room, "No I didn't."
"But you just-" Punk cut him off by walking away.

"Jade calm down!" Bella spoke into the phone, with a budding grin on her face.
"But he called you his girlfriend!"
"Yes, I heard."
"This is amazing!"
"Yeah, it's great," she chuckled.
"What are you gonna do?" Jade beamed.
"What do you mean?"
"What are you gonna say to Punk?"
"I'm not gonna say anything."
"But you have to!"
"Why?"
"Because he called you his girlfriend on national tv."
"I still don't get what you want me to say."
"Um, hey boyfriend!"
"You're ridiculous," Bella laughed.
"I'm right."
"Goodbye Jade."
"Bye! Tell me how everything goes!"
"Alright. Bye Jade."
Bella hung up the phone and felt a smile return to her face. She didn't have a second to process what Punk called her before her phone rang with Jade freaking out.
Right after she hung up, Bella felt more buzzing. She prepared to decline it, assuming it was Jade, but when she checked to make sure, she saw Colt's name.
"Hey, girlfriend."
"You're fast."
"Did I reach you before Jade?"
"You know the answer to that."
"Damn it."
"You guys are so annoying," Bella joked.
"We just love you, girlfriend."
"Oh God," she laughed.
"So how does it feel?"
