Chapter 18

Kay's P.O.V

I really don't know why, but Bri wants to do another hit. I really ain't feeling this anymore. But where there is money to be made, Imma be trying to make it.

She always throws the friend shit in my face. Yes, true enough she started doing hits when I told her I needed to make some extra money. But she said she had been looking for help in the first place, so it was a win win situation. But I'm still going to do this for her, because that's just being a good friend on my behalf. She was there when I needed her, so I felt as if I should return the favor.

Now I don't think Isabella and Maria really cared about Bri. But I cant even blame them, they just met her and she can be hella rude sometimes. However, I'm still gonna have to get them to agree too do this one last hit. I know they not gonna be feeling it, but I have to  get them to do it because I already told Bri that we would be done. I'm sure once I told them how much we'd be getting, the deal was sealed.

It was about 11 a.m and they were both asleep on the couch. I guess they came home late last night and just crashed here. I was gonna wait for them to get up, but I grew impatient. I went and flickered the lights to get their attention.

"Wake y'all asses up." I said in a loud tone. Maria opened her eyes an looked at me like I was crazy.

"Hey sugarrrr!" I cooed as I tried to hug her. She pushed me away and rolled over to continue her sleep. "Wake up! I need to talk too y'all." I said in a begging tone, and that got their attention.

"Oh mi dios Chicà, qué?" Isabella said.

I took a deep breath. Then began. "We got to do another hit."

"Why Kay? You said you had enough money last time." Isabella said and frowned.

"I do, this hit isn't necessarily for me. It's for Bri."

"Oh no. Hell no. She's rude as hell. I'm not doing it for her." Isabella replied.

"Come onnnn. I need y'all to help me help her, because she helped me when I needed help." I said to them but they still remained uninterested.

"Ugh. Pleaaseee." I begged.

I begged for at least two minutes before they finally agreed. I could tell that they both were skeptical about doing it,but they did it for me and I was thankful for that.

Later on that evening, Bri came over so that they could all ride too Pop's house together. She walked in and dryly greeted everybody and then turned too leave back out the door and head to the car.

"See that shit?" Maria asked. "But she wants us to help her."

Kay sighed. "Come on. This will be the last time I promise."

Maria and Isabella shook their heads but made their way out the door and too the car. They all rode in the same car as Bri drove. The ride all the way too Pop's house was silent. Kay felt awkward because she was cool with everybody in the car, and she didn't want them acting the way that they were. She didn't understand why Bri was being so rude and distant to them all of a sudden.

They finally arrived to Pop's house and went through the normal procedure too get in. Once again they all sat around in awkward silence. Bri held a sly grin on her face, none of the others girls knew why so they just dismissed it. Moments later, Pops entered the room.

"Welcome ladies." Pops greeted them.

They all said hello in unison.

"Well lets get down to business. Bri tells me you guys need one last hit. Well since this is your last one, I'm gonna make it a good one. However, since this will be a good one I need it done. I need each of these men dead. I don't want them injured, I don't want them in a coma, I want them dead. Got it?" Pops said.
