Chapter 30

Once Kay arrived back home, she showered and went too sit on the balcony outside. It had been a long past couple of days and her brain was still tying too catch up with all of it.

Even though she deserved it Kay was feeling some type of way about watching her bestfriend get killed. Her and Bri went way back. Farther than both Isabella and Maria. But it was then that he realized that the length of the friendship didnt matter. What mattered is who came, and was loyal.

Maria and Isabella were more than loyal. But it still hurt Kay too see Bri die. Now little MJ would have too grow up without a mother and Kay new how that felt. But his mother wasn't being a mother to him no way, so maybe it was for the better.

Kay then remembered all the things King said too her, and how disappointed he was. She put her head down and began too cry. She didnt realize how careless her actions were. She thought she was doing them for good reasons, but just as king said she was just being selfish. She didnt want too live a 9-5 lifestyle. She regretted doing all of it and all she could do was cry.

She then felt a warm pair of hands around her waist.

"Come here ma." King said to her

Kay then turned around and rested he head into his chest as she cried. He just held her and let her let it all out. "I'm so sorry King! I promise I am."

King took a deep breath. "Look at me Kayla. Don't you ever do some shit like that again. It was stupid and careless. And don't ever lie too me. You see where keeping secretes will lead you?"

Kay nodded her head as she stopped crying. "I love you King and I was just trying too make things better."

"I know ma. But leave that up too me. I just need you too do is too get ready to be my wife okay?"

Kay nearly forgot about planning the wedding. But now that was going to be the first thing on her agenda.

"I want a huge wedding! I want everything plus more King!" She said to him as she Began to get excited.

"Awwweeee shitt." King replied, because he knew that he was about too spend a grip on this wedding. But it was all gonna be worth it, he finally tied all loose ends. Well atleast he hope they did as now he could finally live with his girl, peacefully.

"So when were you gonna tell me that you had a crazy ass ex?" Isabella said too Marcus.

"The same night you told me that you were a got damn contract killer." He snapped back.

It was then that Isabella and Marcus realized that they both had been keeping secrets and they both were in the wrong.

"Okay well lets sart over. My names is Isabella, and I use to be a contract killer." She said too him.

Marcus laughed. "Shid, my name Marcus and I got a crazy as baby mamaa that like too try too kill the new women in my life."

Isabella couldn't help but laugh at the way that sounded.

"It's nice too meet you Marcus."

"So, since we staring over or whatever you wanna call this shit. Does that mean I can't fuck tonight?"

Isabella laughed because Marcus always knew how too ruin the sweet moments. He hated being sentimental. They still had some work to do with their relationship, but they were gonna make it happen.

"Come here Marcus." She said as she pulled him atop of her. She was so glad that everything worked out for the better for them. She vowed to never keep a secret from him ever again.

After Trill left from handling his business he didn't say not one word too Maria, he just went home. Now he was at home in his be regretting it. This was the first night of him sleeping alone and he was hating it.

He wanted her, he needed her, but his pride wouldn't let him. He kept thinking about his brother. Did she really know? Or was she telling the truth. He thought about what his brother would have done in this situation. After thinking about it for a few minutes he knew what he had to do.

He got up and left the house. He ended up outside of Maria's house within minutes. He knew she was here alone because Isabella was with Marcus. He banged on the door for atleast 5 minutes before she finally came and answered. Her eyes were red and swollen, letting him know that she had been crying.

"What you crying for shorty?" He asked her.

"She didn't respond. She just stood at the door looking at him.

He then stepped in the house and closed the door behind him.

"I'm sorry!" They both said at the same time. They paused and looked at each other, then Trill continued.

"I'm sorry for snapping on you the way I did. It's just that I .. I felt like you betrayed me.

"I'm sorry for not keeping it completely real with you Trill. But how do you tell someone yore a contract killer?"

Trill sighed. "You're right." He then stepped forward and wrapped his arms around her waist and put his or head against hers.

"So we gone keep this lil thing we got going?" He asked her.

"Yes, but this time with no secrets." Maria replied and he agreed.
