"Don't forget to finish your homework for the next class." The teacher called out as she wiped the black board clean, throwing glances over her shoulder towards the students who were pouring out of the room towards the cafeteria.

Jimin finally got up, about to place his pens back in his pencil case before Hanseol swooshed passed his desk and knocked it over on the ground, his school supplies spilling over on the floor.

The boy snickered as he walked out, ignoring the scold of his teacher, leaving the other to sigh tiredly as he bent down to pick his things up, wondering why those two spent so much energy to try and make his life miserable.

Just as he was about to grab the last pen, another bony hand came into his view, getting it for him and handing it to him.

He looked up, snorting slightly at the sight of the captain of the MCSC handing him his pen whilst looking away to the side.

Jungkook's head snapped to the side when he heard the older laugh softly, eyebrows knitted in a frown.

"Why're you laughing?" He asked threateningly.

As much as Jimin could see the younger was always trying to be intimidating, he could only ever be cute in his eyes.

He could vividly remember the image of him, squatting in the rain, sharing an umbrella with a box of kittens and gently patting them. His face had seemed so soft, so gently and tranquil. Then his shy behavior, and his red cheeks whenever he got shy.

Seeing as Jimin didn't seem to plan to get his pen back, Jungkook let it fall back on the floor, standing up with a grunt of a 'forget it', before leaving towards the door.

"Jungkook-ah?" Jimin called, the younger's breath hitching at the sound of his soft voice.

He turned around with a disapproving frown as he nodded his head upwards with a condescending glare, urging Jimin to speak.

"Thanks for yesterday." Jimin said, smiling gently as he stood up.

Jungkook couldn't help but let his eyebrows relax slightly, no longer glaring at the younger as he detailed his lean figure, drowned in the layers of clothing he was wearing to hide his tattoos.

"Are your wrists okay?" He asked, stuffing his clammy hands in his pockets as he looked away again.

"Hm." Jimin hummed as he slung his bag over his shoulders.

Jungkook panicked as the other took a few steps forwards, eyes casted down as his smooth hair fell over his eyes slightly, bottom lip tucked under his teeth as he nibbled at it softly. The younger quickly turned around, walking away before they could eget too close.

Jimin chuckled as he shook his head at the taller's antics, going to the opposite way to drop his large bouquet of flowers to his locker, wondering how he'd be able to keep them hydrated throughout the day.

"Jimin-ah!" A voice called from behind him, making him turn around with a small surprised jolt.

Yeongsu came crashing into him, wrapping an arm around his shoulder again. Jimin smiled, feeling giddy at the feeling of warmth that bloomed in his chest to see someone smiling in such a carefree way.

He noticed another tall boy, standing slightly awkwardly behind the both of them and looking at Yeongsu with slightly surprised eyes.

"Ah!" Yeongsu said as he spun around, grabbing the boy's arm and pulling him closer to them. "This is my best friend Namjoon, he's the top student of the third year."

Namjoon shook his arm out of the other's grip, cursing at him for introducing him in such a way. Jimin bowed with a small smile, looking around the hallway to check if anyone else was there.

"You can trust him." Yeongsu said softly, seemingly having noticed Jimin's frantic search for a witness.

"ah." Jimin cleared his throat as he nodded. "I'm Jimin, nice to meet you."

Namjoon's eyes widened slightly at his beautiful voice, wondering why he suddenly started speaking when he'd seemed so decided on never opening his mouth before.

"Where you heading Chim? Want to eat with us?" Yeongsu asked, having each of his arms around the two boys.

"I need to go to my locker first," Jimin said, looking down to his bouquet of flowers. "Some people gifted me flowers so i should put them away."

Yeongsu and Namjoon both nodded, the small group making their way towards the lockers with Yeongsu chatting uninterrupted.

Jimin had to admit he felt very short next to those two giants, but didn't mind hearing them chatter with each other and bicker endlessly.

"I hope there'll be seat left." Namjoon said as they entered the cafeteria, looking around for a few empty seats.

The settled for a table near a wall in the far end of the large room, Jimin sitting across from Namjoon as the two third years sat together.

Jimin picked his metal chopsticks up, starting to eat the white rice that'd been scooped into his tray, starting to eat quietly as he listened to the two older's conversation, running a hand through his long hair to get it out of his face as he took his first bite.

"Jimin?" Namjoon asked, resting his head against his palm.

The younger hummed, looking over his glasses and nodding.

"I'm really sorry." He said, Jimin tilting his head to the side, turning to Yeongsu questioning as to why some third year he'd met only once when he'd given a key chain was apologizing to him.

"I know some guys from your class are annoying you, and i never really did anything to help." He said, running a hand through his hair in frustration. "God i'm horrible."

Jimin shrugged.

"I didn't mind." He simply said, a small smile crafting on his lips. "It's cute that you'd think that."

And with that, he flashed a dazzling smile, somewhat reassuring the older.

"Yah!" Yeongu butted in. "If Jiminie really wanted to stop them he would. He kicked my ass last time i fought against him."

"You guys fought?" Namjoon asked loudly, turning to the other and holding his spoon threateningly.

"His dad is the coach who scouted me." Yeongsu said, pointing towards the younger as Namjoon looked at him with wide eyes. "Trust me Joon, he can fight."

"Then why don't you defend yourself?" Namjoon asked, turning back to the younger with questioning eyes.

"They don't really bother me that much." He shrugged. "I don't care."
