A/n:
Hi there jellies! Yeah, yeah, yeah. You don't want me to call you that. But in your head you know you like it :) Anyways, I am up with an update, again. Wohoo! Okay, now sit, read and tell me what you think (vote, comment or message.) The space is all yours :D"Tell me now?" I nagged Stace again and again to tell me about Cameron. But she decided not to tell me until I met him myself.
"Meet him first. He is having lunch with us today, so you could use the time to get to know each other." she spoke knowing very well what my reaction would be.
"Wait! You are trying to say that Cameron is the guy to go with me for the fresher's date? Is he the super biker guy you talked about in the morning?" I started to recall Stace's plan to set me up with one of Ryan's friend but I didn't know that would be coming so soon.
"Now you know who Cameron is!" She sighed satisfied to see me catch the hints.
I stopped mid track before moving into the cafetaria to finally face the guys. Especially Cameron.
"What?" She spoke stopping with me.
"Let me get this straight. I am meeting him at lunch now. We probably are going to talk too. I might as well find him attractive, I mean, I might find him decent to go with, but that is no surety that he would be willing to go with me yet." I twisted my words to not sound desperate. Of course he was gorgeous and all but I am too shy to admit it.
"You find him attractive?" She pointed it out of all, with amused eyes.
"No, I mean, I did say decent afterwards." I tried to hide the smile that was creeping up my lips now.
"Oh you are already crushing upon him, aren't you? This would make it a hell lot more easier now." she continued teasing me without giving me a chance to recover from my sudden hormonal rush.
"You are not helping at all, Stace. I am getting nervous here." I finally gave up and admitted.
She turned serious this time. "Okay, okay. I understand. But you my friend, are so attractive yourself to give any guy sweating palms. Trust me, he seems to like you too. I have noticed that look in his eyes when he was taking you to your seat in the class." She tried her might to soothe my jitters but what if she is just saying it.
"I am not too sure." I wondered
"Stop overthinking. Now come inside." she commanded as we headed towards the entrance.
"Hey! What about him and that girl Jessica? How do they know each other?" I stopped her again to ask.
I suddenly felt a tinge of jealousy flow through me as I remembered Cameron knew Jessica already. But that's stupid of me to even think about it.
"They just have some bad history and I would tell you about it later. Ryan knows it all apparently." She tried to let go of the topic.
"Okay." I sighed, as I decided to wait until later to know about it.
"I didn't want all the details, just a few maybe." I spoke again.
"Don't worry. It's nothing too huge. He is single and totally available. It's not much of a big deal anyway for a girl like Jessica to have history with a lot of other guys." She explained, understanding my concerns. Relief washed down me, strangely.
"Okay. I think I am going to buy it." I spoke immediately.
She laughed a little before pulling me by my hand into the cafeteria. "Come on in now, I am very hungry and so are you. Now remember, a lot can happen over food, darling. Just trust yourself." she literally dragged me in there, but I held my posture firmly not wanting to embarrass myself before I can even begin to make an impression.
