Chapter Nine - Queen Bitch

Chelsea POV
I woke up to get ready for school and as I was brushing my teeth I got a notification that Alejandro is live. I went onto it and clicked on it.

"I came to tell everyone that it's true, Cleo and I are no longer dating. I need to make this super clear, please stop sending Chelsea hate. She did nothing. Is there a chance that Cleo and I will get back together? yes but for now I think Cleo and I need distance."

I started reading the comments.

User 1: ur so hot 😍😍
User 2: What even happened?
User 3: No, I shipped you and Cleo so hard!

Going into school with my ripped jeans and my light pink jumper I walked into English with Cleo and Alejandro still sitting together and flirting. Cleo and Alejandro turned their heads to me. Alejandro just smirking.

"How does it feel like to be the most hated creator on Tik Tok?" Cleo said

"At least I'm not the most hated person at school," I said while crossing my arms. The room has gone silent, she looked defeated. "And how could you lie to ur fans?" I said angrily at Alejandro.

The teacher walked in to start the lesson. I just sat on my chair in a bad mood. I don't get it, why would he lie? Why am I so mad about it? Oh because she's a bitch and he deserves better.

"I'm happy you stood up to yourself." Sevanah leaned over and whispered. I just smiled at her and continued working.

After a few hours of boring lessons, I went to our usual lunch table outside near the soccer field. Nobody was there yet, I took in the scenery, I love the green grass of the soccer pitch, the sunshine shining on the table. This spot is always so peaceful because everyone sits in the cafeteria. The only time I go into the cafeteria is to go buy lunch or if it's raining.

Kairi and Mattia walked to the table first.

"Hey," I said generally excited to see them.

"You're in a happier mood," Kairi said

"Yeah, I loved how you stood up to Cleo, about time." Mattia laughed while Kairi joined.

"I mean she needed to hear it. I did nothing and now I'm getting hate." I said while taking a bite in my salami sandwich.

"Um actually the school has ur back and word got around that you stood up to Cleo and now your known as Queen Bitch at school."

I hate being known as Queen Bitch I just want to be known as Chelsea.

I just continued eating my sandwich when Sevanah came.

"Hey Queen Bitch"

"Don't call me that!" I said and she just put her hand up in surrender.

"Why Queen Bitch?" I asked confused at the shitty name the school gave me.

"Because you're a queen for putting the school's bitch into place," Kairi said

"Speaking of the bitch," Sevanah said while looking up to the cafeteria door. I looked up to see Alejandro and Cleo walking and Alejandro had his arm around her while they walked.

"Aren't you scared someone is going to expose you guys on Tik Tok?" I said talking to Alejandro.

"Nope, I said in my live that there's a chance we were getting together." Alejandro said, "so nobody will hate me." He said while flashing his perfect white teeth at me.

Everyone stayed quiet, it's like nobody knows what to say when Cleo is around. We sat down and minded our own business.

"Excited for the soccer game in a few weeks?" Mattia asked randomly.

"Yes I'm so excited, I'm ready to beat the Ragers!" Kairi said while running his hands together.

"What's this big games that's happening?" I asked

"The school team has made it into the finals. Now they need to train in the next couple of weeks to take out the title." Sevanah said.

"The school hasn't won in twenty-seven years so there's a lot of pressure on us." Kairi said."I just can't wait till I kick a goal." Kairi continued.

"I can't wait to kiss my boyfriend before the game," Cleo said while pecking Alejandro's lips. I wanted to gag. When they pulled away Cleo smirked at me, I just rolled my eyes.

Cleo got up, "I need to go to cheer practise, bye babe." She said and then kissed her. She didn't even acknowledge the rest of us, which I thought was rude.

"She hates us," Sevanah said.

"No she doesn't, she hates Chelsea." He paused and then looked at me. "Why did you attack her today?" He asked me.

"Why are you back with her? I thought you said you we're going to talk her to stop the hate, I wasn't expecting that talk would resolve you too getting back together." I said while getting slightly annoyed. "Plus while I was yelling at her, you were just smirking at me so don't act mad," I said while crossing my arms.

"No offence, I'm saying this as a friend she isn't worth your time. She's constantly complaining and she seems so insecure over nothing, you seem unhappy, to be honest." Mattia said.

"I'm happy with her guys, I just wished you all would get along with her." Alejandro said. 

"It's a bit hard when she's making Chelsea's life hell," Sevanah said to him.

"She's the one that's making Cleo's life hell." Alejandro pointed at me.

"I wasn't the one that wanted to get yelled at in the bathrooms, I didn't want to get hate from fans because of her and I certainly didn't leave a hate comment on her post or on the Tik Tok room post. I'm not the problem, the problem is her!" I know this is selfish of me, but I don't know how to get past this. His face dropped which made me want to talk to him. After all, he didn't like Valentino and told me about it in a nicer way. I needed to talk to him alone.

"She yelled at you in the bathroom?" Sevanah asked

I just nodded. The bell went and Alejandro was already halfway down the hall.

I ran up to him.

"Alejandro, I have no right to tell you to break up with her and honestly if she makes you happy, keep her around. I don't want to get in between your relationship. You didn't like Valentino and you told me what you thought but I didn't listen. Now you know how I feel but all I want is an apology and I will look past this whole situation, I will also apologise for lashing out at her in English but just know I will never trust her." I said leaving him speechless.
