Chapter Fourteen - Realisation

Alejandro POV

Three days have passed since that horrible date with Cleo and three days have passed since not talking to Chelsea. I don't understand, going on the date with Cleo was supposed to get my mind off of Chelsea but instead, it's making me want her even more.

Arguing with her is better than not talking to her but I can't argue with her because if I haven't yet pushed her over the edge, I know I will.

Chelsea POV

I haven't been sleeping well at all, I can't get him off of my mind. Things don't seem to be adding up, why did Alejandro get mad at me when all I did was apologise to Cleo. After all, she was the one who slapped me. 

Going to school I bumped into Alejandro who looked so good with his white top and white soccer bring out his tanned toned arms. My mouth opened, how did I just realise how hot he looks with his soccer gear on. He didn't smile or anything, he just looked me in my eyes and walked off without saying a word. I just sighed to myself and continued walking to class. I saw Cleo who was talking to Alex the guy who is the team captain for the school soccer teams. 

I went to maths class and sat in the seat that overlooks the oval. I see the cheerleaders practising their routines for the big game in four days and I see the boys doing warm-ups. "Chelsea stop checking out the boys and focus in please." The teacher said which made me blush of embarrassment. 

After class, I went to the lunch table to talk to Sevanah. The boys weren't with us as they were eating lunch with the soccer squad and the cheer team on the oval. 

"I can't believe they need to practise for three days straight before the game, shouldn't they be trying to save energy for the big game?" Sevanah said. 

"I mean they are probably awful, so they might need the extra practise," I said while giggling. "I still can't believe Alejandro is still with Cleo after she slapped me."

"You have said that a million times, I think you should tell him." 

"Why won't you tell him, you are his sister after all," I said 

She raised an eyebrow at me, "I am his sister meaning he can lay a hand on me, he can't lay one on you." She does have a point. What's the worst that can happen? 

"Fine, I will tell him after the soccer game. What's our school teams name anyway?" I'm surprised I didn't know this. I have been at this school for so long and I still don't know the name of the team. I guess you can say I never took an interest in the school sports team. 

"The team name is Passaic Valley" Sevanah "Also we are going, so come to my house with your over week bag, get it because you're staying for a week," Sevanah said looking at me. 

"That was a horrid joke," I said while laughing. 

"Anyway come and I will invite Mattia and Kairi to come as well and they can stay the night." I nodded. "Sounds like a plan," I said while smiling.
