2 - Meeting All Might

As we reached the room Principal Nezu told us to go to, I couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with the excitement of who was going to be showing us around the school. We paused before entering the room, and with a deep breathe I slid open the door and saw none other than the All Might. The former top Pro-Hero All Might was standing before us and I couldn't contain my shock. I felt my jaw drop and eyes widen at the sight of him. Standing completely still I could feel a huge smile coming across my face.

Once All Might noticed our presence he quickly shifted into his muscular form that I know too well and shouted at us "Hello! You must be our new 3-A student! It's a pleasure to meet you! I am All Might and I Am Here!" Immediately after he finished his sentence a big puff of smoke exploded from his body and he was back to his true form coughing up blood. I felt myself rushing to his side without even realizing that my body was moving checking to see if he was alright.

"All Might sir! Are you alright?" I placed a gentle hand onto his frail back as he was hunched over seemingly in pain coughing. He started to steady himself as he brought himself back up into the standing position, taking a deep breath as he did so.

"Yes, I am fine young student. I simply can't hold that form for much longer than a measly few seconds anymore. It is quite a shame." As he was saying this I could see my father approaching us out of the corner of my eye. "Hello, it's very nice to meet you, my full name is Toshinori Yagi. The kids here all still call me All Might, so whatever you would like to call me is fine by me. You must be the student Principal Nezu told me about. I must say I am very impressed with your work at your old school. Flying colors in classwork and impeccable performance on the field. Many of the other students are going to be so fascinated by you!" I tried to process what my favorite hero was saying to me. It was such an incredible feeling knowing the All Might looked into my files and learned something about me.

I couldn't handle the feeling of him saying these things to me. "Wow, sir, that is the biggest compliment I have ever received, coming from you that means so much! I plan to work hard and be strong just like you."

"I'm sure you will young Dragnae. Now let's get this tour started!" As he said those words he pumped a fist into the air to show his excitement. My father proceeded to introduce himself as the three of us walked the empty halls of the school. 

All Might told us that the halls can get quite busy with all of the students who attend the school. He showed us my soon to be classrooms and the main cafeteria building attached to the main building. I was in shock at how large this high school campus was, it felt as if it was a college campus. We finished the tour by walking towards the dorm building. I stared at the building in awe at its size and beautiful finishes. All Might walked us into the main door and into the kitchen, he told us that it was a shared kitchen which was unfortunate, but he did reassure me that there are mini-fridges located in each of the dorms to keep our personal stashes that we wouldn't want the other students to eat. I thought this was quite a strange and funny thought.

"Trust me young Dragnae, some of the students will eat your food. So whatever you don't want someone else to eat, it really is better if you leave it in your room. Something I want to inform both of you is that if by any chance we get an attack on the dorm buildings themselves we are perfectly capable and ready to take action and ensure your safety." All Might said this as we arrived to my assigned dorm. My dorm was snug in between two others, the doors didn't have names on them so I guess I just have to wait and see who is next to me.

"That is quite reassuring to hear Mr. Yagi. I have to admit, I am nervous knowing this school has had so many problems in the past with villain attacks, but knowing this school also has so much capable faculty does put my mind to ease." My father was talking to All Might in the hall while I was exploring my new home.

In my dorm, on the right wall, there was a full-sized bed with a nightstand to the side of it. On the opposite side, there was a wooden desk with a chair pushed in underneath it. Facing the door that led into the hall there was a closet quite a distance away from my new bed that was built into the wall, it had a good amount of space, which I felt grateful seeing. Right next to the door that leads to the hall on my right is a door that opened into a bathroom. It had a countertop and a big mirror on the wall, a toilet was next to the sink, and next to that there was a decent-sized stand-in shower. I was slightly surprised seeing the shower, I thought many dorms all had a communal shower you had to use.

All Might came into the room and could see my confusion, he quickly reassured my thoughts. "I'm sure that Principal Nezu told you there are props to being a 3rd-year here at the dorms." All Might ended up telling me that the 1st and 2nd-year dorms all have a communal shower, while the 3rd-years get their own. He did add that there is a communal bath though if I would prefer it. After he told me this I found myself back in my dorm room and analyzed the entire room trying to think about how I can decorate it. I noticed there was a tall dresser in the corner of the room on the left of the sliding door that I could use for extra storage and put a TV on top by chance. I looked towards the sliding door that was between the dresser and my bed and slid it open, once I stepped onto the small balcony I was surprised by a lake view and the beautiful UA campus was behind the lake slightly off to the right. It was such a beautiful view and I felt so lucky to be able to look at it every day.

All Might escorted us to the front of the school to where our car was parked and wished us goodbye.

"Young Dragnae, this is farewell for now but I am more than excited to be able to watch you grow and get to know your personality, I know that you will fall in love with this school as I did 2 years ago. I will see you soon." With that, All Might gave my father a firm handshake and we got into the car and drove away from the beautiful campus I was going to calling home in a week.
