Maria's Point of View
On their to Marcus house, Maria couldn't stop think about the car that her and her daughter are riding in. She knew that were rich, but not this rich. Inside, the Q70 Hybrid offers up a dual-cockpit environment that looks especially beautiful with its unusual silver powdered genuine white ash wood trim. The seats are divine, wrapping their occupants in standard, glove-soft leather. Even the outboard rear seats are beautifully sculpted and feel terrific.
Maria was feeling uncomfortable about this whole think. "Why was he doing this?" she thought. She was so concentrating on her own thought, so she didn't even notice that Marcus and Amelia were having a conversation.
"So, what's your favorite color," Marcus asked Amelia.
"I love purple." she said as she continued to hold Maria's hand.
"Why purple? Why not red, blue, pink, or green?" Marcus a question.
"Because it's mommy's favorite color," Amelia responded.
"Really? Well Maria, why is purple your favorite color?" he asked with curiosity in his voice.
Maria didn't respond until Amelia had poked her in the hand. She doesn't know why he wants to know anyways, but she gave it to her daughter and answer the question.
"The reason why purple is my favorite color is because it combines the calm stability of blue and the fierce energy of red. The color purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents meanings of wealth, extravagance, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride, mystery, independence, and magic." Maria replied.
Both Marcus and Amelia looked at her. She didn't know why they were looking at her. She just gave them an answer to the question they wanted to know. She never did tell anyone why she liked purple. People never tend to ask.
When we pull up in his driveway, Maria and Amelia couldn't help but to gasp when they seen Marcus's house. The outside was light up like a Christmas tree.
"This is my home. Make yourselves comfortable." Marcus said as they walked through the door.
Amelia was holding her mother's hand as Marcus was showing them his house. Marcus said that It features approximately fifteen thousand square feet of living space. There are seven bedrooms (two master suites), ten bathrooms, two-story foyer with Y-shaped staircase, formal living & dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with butler’s pantry, family room, home office, library, billiards room with wet bar, media room, gym, four-car garage and more. Outdoor features include a gated entrance, motor court with the fountain, porte-cochere, covered terraces, patio, swimming pool, cabana with spa & bathroom and a tennis court.
Maria was dumbfounded for words. She's never seen anything so beautiful and gigantic in her entire life. Marcus had given them the other master bedroom. Maria and Amelia stare at the room like it was a present they didn't want to break.
The south wall of the master suite is a floor-to-ceiling window facing the swimming pool. A sliding glass door leads to the carving, a glass panel balcony. Window coverings include rolling blinds that reduce the sun's glare and provide privacy while preserving the view, and blackout curtains to help them sleep in. The south and west walls of the master bath are frosted glass, bathing the bathroom in natural light from the window wall.Amenities include Heated marble floor, Twin sinks with marble surround, Bath tub, and Marble and glass shower. There's also a walk-in closet. There are two walls of hanging space, a dresser, and plenty of room for suitcases.
Maria was even more surprised when he cooked her and her daughter dinner with dessert. Amelia and Marcus played the X-Box One Kinect until she got sleep. he gave Amelia something to sleep in so she can feel comfortable.
