Hizashi's POV:

I just sat there, stressed out and tired. Without a place to stay. That wasn't the only thing on my mind though. "Why would Hamako think I was cheating on her with Shota?" I keep telling myself that I don't like him, but deep down, I knew I did. Hell, I liked him since UA, but that doesn't explain why she thought i was with him. I do talk about my "childhood friend" quite a bit, but not enough for her to connect the dots and figure out that I was somehow linked to Shota.

I was so deep in my thought, that I was surprised to feel a hand on my shoulder. I didn't hear anyone enter the hallway. I looked up to see... Shota?! "Come on." He headed back to his apartment. I hesitate a minute (mostly from shock) before hurrying to my feet and following the man. I walked into his apartment and he closed the door behind us. I felt as if I had to say something, but I didnt know what. "Umm... you don't have to, Shota-" "Shhh. Don't overthink it." He got on his knees to take off his shoes at the door.

"Thank you. Thank you so much." He looked up at me, and for just a second, I almost got lost in his deep brown eyes. He looked tired. "Are you okay, Sho? You look tired." He rolled his eyes and stood up. "Shut up. My well being isn't any of your concern. Besides, you were the one kicked out and broken down in the hallway. And... don't call me 'Sho'." He got up and walked into another room. I quickly took my shoes off and made my way through the apartment.

3rd Person POV:

Shota got up and walked towards his bedroom. He was blushing a bit. "How the hell am I gonna survive the night with HIZASHI in my apartment?" He muttered as he opened one of his drawers containing a small blanket and a set of extra sheets. His drawers were pretty empty since he lived off little clothing, not seeing the point in tons of clothes and outfits. Shota's couch was quite small and Hizashi was hella tall. Because of that, Shota decided that the blond could sleep in his bed, while Shota himself, sleep on the sofa.

It wasn't like Shota had actually SLEEPED in the sheets that were already on his bed, but they still had the blood stains, and he didn't want Hizashi to see that. Good thing he had one other set of sheets that he never used (didn't see the point of using more than one set). He quickly changed the sheets and threw the other ones into the closet. With that, he was done and walked out of the bedroom.

"You can sleep on the bed tonight. I'll sleep on the sofa." Hizashi, who was standing in the middle of the living area, looked up at Shota. "O-okay." He smiled his big cheesy smile. Shota blushed a bit, but turned away so Hizashi wouldn't notice. He willed himself NOT to cough, which was pretty hard. The ravenette flopped down on the couch, Hizashi sitting on the chair next to it.

"So, Sho- I mean Shota. Are you excited for UA-" "I still don't want to talk, Hizashi. The only reason I invited you in, was because you could be shot or mugged if you were to sleep in public. Down town is dangerous." It hurt to say those things to Hizashi, but he couldn't let Hizashi get to close. "Hizashi will be better with my OUT of his life." Shota thought. "Oh... sorry." Hizashi said, looking down at the ground.
