3rd Person POV:

Hizashi left the room and Recovery Girl rushed to Shota. "What happened Shota?" "I-*Cough, cough*" He tried to talk, but ended up coughing. He placed a hand over his mouth, but Recovery Girl removed it. She was surprised when she saw the blood and petals. "Oh, Shota... why didn't you get help sooner?" The tired male didn't say anything, he just let out a raspy sigh. "I need to look at your neck. Take off your scarf." "No." Shota was determined to let his Hanahaki be. He didn't want to treat it and there was no way that he would confess. No matter how much it hurt him. Even though it would kill him.

"Aizawa Shota. I JUST want to look at it. I won't hurt you." He rolled his eyes. "Tch." "If you don't get it looked at, I won't let you go back to work." He hesitated for a moment before sitting up slowly taking of his scarf. When he got it off without causing too much pain, he flopped back down and closed his eyes. Recovery Girl gasped at the flower sprouting out of his neck, the bandage he used entangled in them. She slowly examined it before plopping down on a stool and pinching the bridge of her nose.

After a couple minutes, she looked up at him and sighed. "I'm gonna be quite frank with you. You're dieing." "I know. I Googled it." "Idiot, I'm a professional, you should have asked me. Not google." Shota sat up again and placed his hands in his lap. He felt so vulnerable and weak. "You need to tell them." "No." She was trying to get somewhere with him, but was clearly failing. "Who is it?" Shota didn't even respond.

They were both quiet for a moment. "It's Hizashi, isn't it?" Shota slowly nodded. "You're gonna DIE. You have to tell him." "Good. I want to die." She thought a moment, picking the right words to say. "Remember how hard it was for you guys when Oboro passed? Do you really want to put your friends through that again? Do you really want to put HIZASHI through that again? You don't HAVE to tell him, but then you have to get the surgery."

Recovery Girl started cleaning the wound on his neck and bandaging it. "I'm not doing anything." She continued to help him with his injuries and gave him a few pills and a glass of water. "At this rate, you won't be able to make it through another month at the most. Do something about it before I do it for you." Though he wanted to go back to class Recovery Girl made him stay and rest up. At the end of the day Nemuri came by and drove him to his apartment.
