Hizashi's POV:

We got on the bus and we headed towards some seats in the back. It was still mostly dark outside, but the suns distance glow seemed to seep in through cracks the night sky. Both the moon with a last fight over it's dominance in the sky, and the sun who kept pushing to be seen through the darkness, seemed to be shining. Shota got in a seat first and I soon followed, sitting right next to him. He didn't say a word and presumably fell asleep.

Considering the time, there was alot of people on the bus, so I put on my head phones and closed my eyes as I listened to music. It blocked out most sound, and I LOVED music, so I was pretty happy that I always had my head phones with me. After a good couple of minutes, I looked over to see Shota staring out the window and into the rising sun. I had come to notice how he really enjoyed looking out windows, though, he always seemed sad.

[At School]

We walked up to the front door and Shota used his ID card to unlock the door. He was pretty quiet, but I knew better than to bother him, as he was NOT a morning person. On our way to the teachers lounge, I heard a voice behind me, and turned around to see Nemuri running to catch up with us. "Hey Sho! Hey Zash!" She came up between us and put an arm around each of our shoulders.

Shota shrugged her arm off his shoulder and huffed before sticking his hands in his pockets. "You're always so grumpy, Sho! Lighten up a bit." She giggled then looked at me with a smirk. "It's quite interesting that you two came to school together... did you happen to spend the night together, last night? Did you guys do it?" "What?! No! First of all, I didn't hang out with him LAST NIGHT-" "So you hung out with him some other night?"

Shota's POV:

Nemuri was picking on Hizashi, and even though I wasn't paying much attention, the parts I did pick up on made me blush a bit. I kinda just hid my face in my scarf. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain near my bandage and flinched. Nemuri and Hizashi didn't seem to be paying attention, so I discreetly looked into the reflection of a picture frame hanging in the hallway. There were more flowers, sprouting though the bandages.

*Sigh* I sighed a bit and noticed we were at the door to the teachers lounge. Hizashi was looking at his phone, and Nemuri was looking at... me? She had a worried face and she quickly turned to Hizashi. "Hey Zash. Ho ahead into the room, I have to talk to Sho about some school stuff, but we'll be in soon." "Oh. Okay." He walked in and the blue haired woman turned towards me sharply. "What the hell do you want, Nemuri?"

"Take off your scarf." She was glaring. "No." "Do it, or I will do it myself." "I will fight you if you even try." "Don't play that game Shota. You can't fight, not in your condition. I have noticed how much weaker you've become." I stood at a ready stance. I WANTED to fight her now. I hated being called weak... even if it was true. "I'm not going to fight you Shota." She walked up to me. I tried to swing a punch at her, but she simply stepped out of the way and I missed. I stumbled then fell to the ground, realizing that I had gotten alot weaker than I thought.

Nemuri's POV:

He was on the ground trembling. Shota had always been so strong and hard working, but this disease was really eating away at his health. I grabbed him by the back of the shirt and ripped his scarf off. He hissed in pain, and as soon as I saw his neck, I knew why. The flowers sprouting out of his neck. The ones that would kill him. "Holy shit. Shota! You're fucking DIEING!" He didn't say anything, he just hung his head and looked down at the ground. I grabbed his shoulders. "Stop being so stubborn and tell him how you feel! Your gonna DIE!" "GOOD! I WANT TO DIE, MORON." He pushed me away and stormed off/stumbled to his classroom.
