Hermione leads us down an empty alleyway. "We need to change." she tells us as she begins to open her bag. We stop and she hands Ron her bag before reaching into it, seeming bigger on the inside.

"How the ruddy?" Ron questions as she begins to pull clothing out of it, handing him a shirt

"Undetectable Extension Charm." Hermione tells him simply, handing Harry a shirt.

"You're amazing you are." Ron complimented, as she hands me two shirts, one for her, one for me.

"Always the tone of surprise." she says to him, and shakes the bag and the sound of things falling causes her to sigh, "That'll be the books." she says before grabbing the rest of the clothes.

We go to a small dinner and change in the restrooms before taking a seats in the place, just taking in all that had just happened. "Do you reckon everyone's alright at the wedding? Maybe we should-" Harry brings up from next to me.

"They were after you, mate. We'd just put everyone in danger going back." Ron cuts in.

"Ron's right." Hermione says from across from me.

A throat is cleared, having us look to see a waitress who was listening to music standing by our table. "Coffee?" she asks us.

"A Cappuccino, please." Hermione tells her.

"You?' the waitress questions Ron. He looks at her with wide eyes.

"Uh, what she said." Ron replies unsure.

"Same." Harry says quickly.

The waitress looks at me, "Latte, please." I tell her, and she nods, walking off.

"So where do we go from here? The Leaky Cauldron?" Ron questions once she was out of range.

I shake my head, "Too dangerous. If Voldemort's taken over the Ministry, none of the old places are safe." I tell him.

"Everyone from the wedding would have gone underground, into hiding." Hermione adds in.

"My rucksack. With all my things. I left it back at the Burrow." Harry brings up, and Hermione just shakes her head, and looks down at her charmed bag.

"You're kidding?" Harry questions looking at her bag.

"I've had the essentials packed for days. Just in case." Hermione tells him.

"We've talked this over for a while." I chime in as more people walk into the diner.

"By the way -- these jeans? Not my favorite. Bit tight." Ron jokes. A chill goes down my spine. I look over Hermione's shoulder to the two people who had just entered the diner, just to see them pull out wands from their pockets.

"Down!" Harry and I both shout and we all dive from our seats, avoiding getting hit with a spell as it breaks the table we were just at.

Harry stands for a second, wand in hand, "Stupefy!" he cast to hit one of the death eaters, before ducking back down.

Another spell is aimed towards Harry, missing. Then it stops. I slowly look up from where I was hiding, just in time to see the other death eater stand from behind the counter. Ron and Hermione were faster and shoot at him, narrowly missing.

The death eater aims towards Hermione, but she ducks. I stand, "Petrificus Totalus!" I shout, no wand in hand, but a light shoots at him as if I had a wand, hitting him, causing him to fall.

I feel shocked. It worked, like the fire. I sigh, glad that it worked. The waitress walks out from the back room, looking around shocked and confused. "Go. Leave." Hermione tells her, and she listens rushing out the back.

"Lock the door, get the lights." Harry says, and Ron gets something from his pocket, causing the lights to all go into it. Hermione closes the blinds with her wand. I follow behind them as they walk towards the death eaters, pulling my wand out now.

"This one's name is Rowle. He was on the Astronomy Tower the night Snape killed Dumbledore." Harry says, recognizing the first guy who was knocked out.

Ron walks around the counter towards the guy I had hit, "This is Dolohov. I recognize him from the wanted posters." he tells us. "So what do we do with you, huh? Kill us if it was turned round, wouldn't you?" Ron taunts the awake yet immovable man.

"If we kill them, they'd know we were here." Harry tells him.

"Ron?" Hermione gets his attention as we all make our way around the counter, as he was glaring at the death eater.

"Suppose it's him that did Mad-Eye. How would you feel then?" Ron says, trying to make a point.

"It's better we wipe their memories." I bring up, hoping we wouldn't have to kill anyone as Ron was insisting.

"We kill them, they'll know we were here." Harry adds on nodding my way.

"You're the boss." Ron says, turning around walking back towards us. "Hermione." He looks at her and wipes a scratch she had on her cheek. "You and Rose are the best at spells." He tells her. I sense a bit of a 'moment' happening between the two, and decide to just let them have it.

Hermione takes a step forward. "Obliviate." she casts, her wand at the death eater Dolohov. I walk back over to the unconscious one and do the same.

We walk back through the night streets. A bit more paranoid as we went. "How is it they knew we were there?" Harry questions as we walked.

"Maybe you two still have the Trace on you." Hermione says a bit unsure.

"Can't be. The Trace breaks at seventeen. It's Wizarding law." Ron brings up.

Hermione stops, and sighs, "We didn't celebrate your guys birthday. Ginny and I -- we'd prepared a cake. We were going to bring it out at the end of the wedding..." Hermione tells us sadly as we continue to walk.

I sigh, "I honestly forgot it was our birthday." I admit looking back down at my hand as I play with the ring.

"Hermione. I appreciate the thought -- honestly. But given that we were almost killed by a couple of Death Eaters a few minutes ago..." Harry tells her.

"Right. Perspective.." Hermione says shaking her head.

"We've got to get off the streets, get somewhere safe." Ron points out.

"I have an idea." Harry says, and leads the way.
