Caffeine Needed
After the group got bored playing seven minutes in heaven, they all decided that it was time to sleep. After all, they had to film in the morning and they couldn't afford to be tired on the first day of filming. They wanted to show up, wide eyed, and ready to make a movie. The table read was happening in the morning, just to check that there was nothing that needed to change. However, they were going to film the whole table read for behind the scenes footage that they could add onto the DVD and release to get people talking about the production.
But as Y/N fell asleep, laying between Noah and Will, she couldn't help but worry that the script her and Andy had worked on wasn't good enough. What if everyone hated it? This was a stupid thought, of course, she had written many screenplays before and they were all fantastic. Not to mention the fact that the script editors had already read through and edited it. It was a perfect script, really.
Then after she'd calmed herself down about that topic, she ended up worrying about everyone's accents. She hadn't heard the Irish accents that the cast had been asked to perfect. She knew that tutors had been hired for them all, and that they had been working on them back at home as they prepared to film the movie. But what if the tutors hadn't done the job properly? What if they had taught William a Galway accent when he needed a Dublin accent? Personally, Y/N wasn't too sure what the difference was but she knew that Andy had been on the phone talking about the accents. Andy said there was a difference. Y/N ended up telling herself off, the rest of the cast was asleep. She should have been too.
"You're ridiculous," she told herself, "The best tutors, directors, writers, actors and producers are working to make sure everything runs smoothly. Have some faith in them!" And with that. She finally fell asleep.
When she awoke early the next morning, she awoke to Jaeden prancing about the room, looking for something to wear and something to eat. The group sat up groggily, slowly and rubbed their eyes, watching him. Y/N groaned a bit, wishing that they'd all gone to sleep earlier and she had a feeling that the rest of them had too.
Nobody really said anything as they got up and left the room to go and get ready for the day, they were all pretty tired. Jaeden put his hands on his hips after they'd all left, frustrated by the mess of sleeping-bags and empty food packets sitting on his floor, "Well that's the last time anyone sleeps over mine."
Y/N went back to her own hotel room and went through her suitcase to pull out an outfit that was causal but had undertones that said- 'Extremely professional'. If she was being honest, she'd happily show up in a hoodie and jeans but that wasn't her image in the eyes of the press. She was a young business woman so she had to dress like it. She took a quick shower and dried her hair, tying it in a neat bun before putting on minimal makeup and getting dressed.
She sighed as she saw the eye bags that she had and really hoped that they would have time to grab a coffee or two. Y/N quickly slipped on her shoes and left the room, meeting the now- dressed cast at the elevator.
As the elevator made its journey to the lobby, it was filled by sounds of yawning. They were so tired that they all visibly jumped when the elevator doors slid open, and they strolled out of the elevator. Y/N guessed the hotel staff would be happy that they weren't being extremely loud today. As they had assumed, the car was waiting outside for them. Luckily for them, there was still no paparazzi outside waiting for them. They still hadn't found the hotel yet, which was good, because they were all tired and had eye bags bigger than the moon.
They all piled into the car un-enthusiastically and put on their seat-belts. The driver had the address of the read-through saved on his GPs but had a feeling he was going to have to stop somewhere else first.
"Starbucks, please." Charli asked the driver, in a polite tone, considering she was so tired. As instructed, the driver went to a drive-thru Starbucks and they all ordered a coffee of some sort, even Noah- who didn't even like coffee.
After about 20 minutes, they had arrived to the read-through and the caffiene had started to kick in, thankfully. They climbed out of the car and stretched before making their way over to the door with their coffee's in hand. Andy opened the door, took one look at them all and laughed.
"I guess you guys went to bed pretty late then?"
