Couple's First Argument
After Jaeden had provided Y/N and Noah with the information they'd been too scared to ask for, everything was a lot clearer- since the suspect list was now only a measly two names. It was surprising how much detective work you could get done in less than a day. Especially when you're busy mourning your ending career at the same time.
"Well I guess we know who did it then." Y/N said and Noah nodded.
"Will" Noah said.
"Charli" Y/N spoke, the same time as Noah had answered. They both looked at each other, confused, "What do you mean, Will would never do that."
""Oh and Charli would?" Noah retorted, sitting up straight and looking at her- eyebrows raised.
"Well yeah, clearly. You know, I thought it might have been her all along, she clearly likes you." Y/N said, feeling somewhat offended that Noah didn't share the same view as her.
"Charli? Likes me? Oh please! It's more like Will likes you! He's looking at you with heart eyes. You should see how much effort he puts into those selfies he sends you!" Noah replied, getting frustrated now.
They both wanted to be right, they both thought that they could and were right. But one of them had to wrong. Jaeden just coughed awkwardly, trying to watch Defending Jacob. But he was going to have to turn subtitles on because Y/N and Noah weren't going to stop their fiery debate anytime soon.
"Oh look at how you're defending her! You must like her back!" Y/N yelled at him, suddenly feeling like she was being cheated on. They were both overreacting, of course. Nobody was getting cheated on, relationship-wise anyways.

Next door, listening to the muffled yelling through the wall were Charli and Lilia. Ears pressed to glasses, the glasses up against the walls- they listened.
Charli gasped, "That girl! I swear to god- why is Noah dating her?" She questioned, not to anyone in particular, she was really just thinking aloud but Lilia took it upon herself to answer.
"He just likes her, a lot. I don't even think that this Jim Kanami article is going to break them up. I mean, he's still with her, even after that."
Charli sighed and shook her head, listening to the garbage being spoken from next door, "We both know that it wasn't my intention- okay? I didn't think he'd go batshit crazy and get crap on Noah too."
Lilia shrugged and sighed, thinking that if she hadn't laughed when Charli had brought the idea up, if she had told her just how stupid she sounded- then none of this would have happened. It was a couple of months into filming, they only had a couple of weeks left to stay for before they all left for a few months. Then they'd return for the premier, if it was even going to be in Ireland, which they all doubted. Besides that, they cast falling out at this point could be a disaster for the project, they wouldn't be able to afford to re-shoot everything with a less problematic cast. The whole adaptation and Hollywood funds would go down the drain.
"I still don't think you should have spoken to Kanami. Even after the warning that everyone gave about him! I mean, Andy told us to ignore him- on our first night here." Lilia responded, still somewhat listening to the argument coming through the wall.
"Well, lesson learned. A little too late, don't you think? How was I meant to know he was going to write an article about it? I was just chatting with him outside that bowling-alley we went to!"

Back through the wall, in the room next door. Y/N and Noah were still arguing. The same repetitive comments being screeched out of their mouths.
"I can't believe that you'd take his side over mine! I'm your boyfriend!" Noah exclaimed, waving his hands around dramatically.
"I'm not taking his side! You're just taking her side!" Y/N responded, shaking her head softly at the calamity of the situation.
"I'd never take her side over yours!" Noah replied, his tone lighting up a little bit.
"Well I'd never take his!" Y/N looked back at him, feeling the tension die down a bit.

Ears against glasses, glasses against the wall- Will listened to the conversation coming from next door. They were still going strong. Will turned his head and looked at the person sat on his bed. Dylan Kingwell, his friend that he'd met online.
"I can't believe they're still together." Will shook his head a little, his hair swooshing about that place.
Dylan shrugged in response, "Should have dropped a bigger bombshell. Could have photo-shopped pictures of him kissing someone." He laughed softly, he was joking of course- Will knew that.
"I thought it would be enough... not that I intended it of course. Ugh! I wish I hadn't spoken so loudly!" Will groaned and slouched back down against the wall, "I hate Kanami, I hate him. He's everywhere!"
"Damn right his is, he's under the bed." Dylan told him.
Will looked up in alarm before registering he was joking, he'd never had fallen for that if he wasn't so stressed out. He sighed. Dylan got off the bed and moved to sit next to him.
"Hey, you're not the bad guy. Jim's the bad guy. It wasn't your fault that he was on the other table. And it's not your fault that you were jealous and ranting- okay?"
Will nodded a little and smiled, giving a quiet "Thank you."
