AS THEIR BODIES HIT THE BARE MATTRESS, TOM TURNS TO CALLIOPE, EYES OF FLAME, A WRY GRIN ON HIS FACE. He watched as her eyes glistened under the fluorescent lights, as she stared up towards the ceiling. The group was now in a random mattress store, Calliope and Tom making it their mission to personally test out every single mattress the store had to offer, while Harrison and Donna were somewhere else.
"I knew I'd get you into bed one day."
Callie feels the explosion within her, a burst of laughter. She let out a loud laugh, obviously impressed with Tom's joke. She couldn't help but think, did he like her as much as she liked him? Was this his way of revealing his feelings for the girl?
"Is the Tom Holland, flirting with me?"
"I don't know is it working?" He rose his eyebrow quickly, making Calliope roll her eyes in laughter, she pushed his shoulder lightly causing Tom to emit a low chuckle. He glanced back at the girl, supporting himself with his elbow.
They locked eyes, her smile a mirror of his. Then he rolls a little closer, "You have-"
Tom huffed before reaching his hand and delicately grabbed an eyelash that rested comfortably on Calliope's check. He balanced the hair follicle on the tip of his finger, holding it up to the girl's lips.
"Make a wish," he whispered, watching as she rolled her eyes playfully before closing her eyes for a brief second, then blowing a small gust of air, on Tom's finger, making the eyelash disappear.
At that moment the rest of the people in the boring mattress store become nothing at all like they aren't there at all. Donna of course watched from a distance, the two friends resting comfortably on the mattress together, a small smile showing on her lips. She loved seeing her best friend happy, and she could clearly see Tom was the reason.
She turned to face the other British boy, watching as he childishly wiggled on the water bed mattress, a bright and childish smile on his lips. She rolled her eyes, turning to face Calliope and Tom once again, completly awestruck on how she managed to catch feelings for one Harrison Osterfield.
