CHRISTOFFER The fight has dispersed and I can see all of Falyn's friends, but not Falyn. I run up to her friends and ask them where she went, but they all look at each other and shrug. "She ran that way I think." Eva says pointing in the opposite direction of us. I nod at them and run that way calling Falyn's name. I can see a group of girls walking away laughing, one of them has a bloody nose. I look over to the right and see Falyn laying on the ground, her face is bloody and bruised. My eyes well up with tears as I call for the other guys to help me. William rushes over and I carry her in my arms. "William what do we do?" "I don't know, should we take her to the hospital? Or her house?" "What if we take her to the hospital and the cops get involved, I don't want you getting in trouble either William." "Okay let's take her back to her place then." I carry her to the car and one of the boys drives us to her house. I lay her head on my lap and she keeps opening and closing her eyes. I run my fingers through her hair nervously and chew on my lip. This is all my fault, I should've listened to her and stopped fighting. I could've protected her from this. I thank William then carry her inside. I lay her down on the couch and clean her up, get her some new clothes and clean her cuts. She looks so peaceful sleeping, it's really hard not to cry right now. I never wanted the girl I loved the most to end up like this. I let her sleep on the couch and go the the chair to watch the door just in case.
FALYN I wake up gasping, thinking that was all such a bad dream, but by the way my face feels it wasn't. Chris is sleeping on the couch and when I sit up, he wakes. He sees that I'm awake and leaps to the couch to give me a hug. He kisses me on the forehead a bunch of times, but I wince because I'm so sore. "Fal, I'm so so sorry this happened to you. This is all my fault I never expected this to happen I'm so sorry." Tears roll down my face, I don't even know what to say to him right now. He promised me he wouldn't get into anymore fights, yet he does this. "Chris I think I want to be alone right now." "I can't leave you alone right now." "Please Chris, I'll be okay I can call you if anything happens. Just please let me be alone for a bit." "Fine. If that's what you want." He gets up and leaves, so I go to the peephole to see if he's actually going. He doesn't leave he just sits on my steps, waiting. I smile at the fact he cares so much he would wait outside, but I really do need to be alone right now.
these girls jumped me, i'm a little bruised up. i'm okay though thanks for caring about me. chris brought me home safely.

I put my phone down and open the door, Chris is still sitting there. I sit down beside him and place my head on his shoulder. He leans his head on mine, we don't even have to say anything to each other, but I know we're both thinking everything is gonna be just alright.

FALYN I'm talking with Isak and Jonas because I have no idea where the rest of the girls went, they're really bad at telling me lunch plans. I'm often left eating alone in my car, but I decided to hangout with Isak and Jonas today. "Falyn you got beat up pretty bad, are you okay?" Jonas asks "Yeah I'm fine, thanks. Just really wish those girls would get hit by a car." "I'm not afraid to hit a girl, especially mean ones." He jokes, Isak and I laugh at him. I actually enjoy hanging out with these guys. We continue to talk about our lives when Isak asks me about Maria and I choke on my sandwich. "Sorry I didn't know it would be a touchy subject, I was just curious with all the rumours I've heard." "What rumours?" I ask Isak and Jonas give each other a look and I stare at them until they tell me. Isak sighs. "Well I've heard 3 different things. That Chris and Maria were dating behind your back. That Maria was secretly in love with you. And that Chris told Maria that he would break up with you for her. The last one is the one I've heard the most." None of those were true, well I know the first 2 aren't for sure. Even I heard about the last rumour, but I never brought it up with Chris. I never want to because deep down I'm scared that it's true. "No, none of those are true. Maria did like Chris and that's all i'm going to say about it. No further questions." They immediately drop the subject, which is refreshing because I know the girls would have been asking me non-stop about it.
On my drive home I can't help but think about what Isak has said about the rumour. I'm not sure whether I should ask Chris about it or not, it was so long ago, but he promised me nothing was going on between them. I'll let the universe decide for me, if Noora tells Vilde about William by tomorrow, I will ask Chris about it. My phone buzzes, it's Noora. Oh my god, the universe knows. She texted me saying she told Vilde, that was crazy.
Noora: i told vilde about william and i.

Noora: good! so glad to have told her.
that's great!! do you wanna come over tonight? i'm tired of chris and his blabbing about his new show he's watching.
Noora: yes i'll be there. just have to stop by william's first
okay sounds good! hey it's been an hour where r u? noora?? i'm calling william you aren't answering. he's not answering either. i'm going to assume you're busy, but please at least text me back i'm a little worried
