Time- Modern but some parts from the past (you'll understand late)
Also this is kinda like my Alexander one but obviously going to be different stories and things and it's only going to be a one shot

"Time for bed kiddo" I say to my little girl, Grace
"Uhh" she whines, "can you tell me a story?"
"Of course, but straight to bed after okay?" I say pulling the little chair form the corner next to her bed and sitting down on it.
"Okay"
"Hmm, lets see" I thought about what I should tell her "there once was a little girl about your age, (y/n) was her name. She used to run around exploring the town and running around her garden, climbing trees and playing games. She done these with her best friend, James Madison. They were joint at the hip, so there parents would say..." I begin to start telling the story
Grace listen closely, enjoying every moment

"Hurry up James!" (Y/n) shouts from up the tallest tree
"I'm coming as fast as I can!" He shouts back climbing up towards her, "I'm surprised at how quickly you can climb seeming though you are wearing a dress"
"I'm used to it" she shrugs pushing past the branches so she can see the sky
A couple seconds later and James finally reached (y/n).
"Took you long enough" she giggles
He just sighs out of breath and leans back into the tree.
"It's beautiful isn't it. The clouds speckle the bright blue sky, from up here the flowers are like freckles on a face" (y/n) says in a trance gazing onto the world
"You should become a writer (y/n), what you just described sounded wonderful. Just imagine a book filled with them, they would all sell out" James states cautiously moving closer to (y/n)
"I would love to when I'm older, but you know that society wouldn't accept that, I'd have to tell a man to write it but I already know I wouldn't get any credit" she sighs, "I just wish women could do what men can, you know?"
"Yeah. But for all you know, you could be the person to make that possible" he smiles trying to make her agree with him
"James, I'm 8 and you're 9. I can't go to school, I only know how to write because you taught me, and then my father taught me what just haven't learnt yet. My father must be the only man that think women have a place in the world, and you of course!" (Y/n) points out
"But you know how to write, you know how to read. All you have to do is put the two together and make a story, one that will change the world!" He argues back waving his arms around when he talks to show how much he means it.
"Maybe when I'm older" she replies back looking away from him and just looking out to the world under her feet.
"(Y/n), believe me, you will change the world for women all around the world" James whispers under his breath

Quite a few years have passed since then and they are now both 17, James' 18th birthday was coming up and (y/n) had an idea.
She always remembered when she was 8. Where James told her that she should write a book. So that's what she was going to give him for his birthday. A book full of stories. She's been writing them in a book since her 9th birthday, she write them in the blank book he gave her for her birthday telling her to write anything in there.
