Chapter 23

       I was standing outside the Salvatore Boarding house with Stefan and Damon while Bonnie and Elena were inside with the lawyer, sighing the right of the house to Elena.
        "Do you really think Bonnie can take on Klaus?" Damon asked his brother. Personally no I don't think she can, but then again, Bonnie surprises me everyday.
       "She said she could channel enough witch's power to kill him. Elijah thought that would work and he was an Original, so..." Stefan said. I still cannot believe my brother is missing. Who the hell knows where he is?! Hell he could be in England by now.
        "We just need to find him." I said, kicking a rock on the ground.
        "Could you or Bonnie do one of those witch tracking spells?" Damon asked.
        "Nope. Not without something that belongs to Klaus. Believe me, I already asked." Stefan said. Damon nodded, making me feel useless. How am I supposed to help if I can't even find my brother. 
        "Do you think he killed her?" Damon asked.
        "Katherine? Probably." I said. "It's not like she didn't have it coming." A couple of moments later, Elena walked out of the house with the Lawyer. Damon, Stefan, and I walked up to elena, waiting to get invited back into the house.
         "Stefan and Damon, why don't you come in." Elena said. The boys walked in, and she went to turn around, leaving me outside.
           "What are we mate? Twelve?" I asked, crossing my arms, scoffing a little bit.
           "One of us is. If I let you in, do you promise to obey the owner of this house?" Elena asked me. She did not just say that shit to me.
           "Did you just.. STEFAN!" I called out. I could see Stefan peeking his head out of the hallway. I groaned.
           "Give me one good reason why I should let you into my house." Elena asked. She's really letting this owner thing get to her head.
            "I'll kill you the second you step outside if I have to sleep on the porch." I said.
             "Not if Damon and Stefan are here." She said. I scoffed some more. Now not that I would actually kill Elena, but I just kinda want to fuck with her.
            "You do realize that I can compel other vampires, and I'm twenty times more powerful then Bonnie here, so her magic wont work on me, right?"
             "Your threats don't scare me." Elena said, her uncertainty in her voice completely masking the words she said. I turned around walking away. "W-where are you going?!" She asked, I turned around, smiling.
             "You'll see." I said to her, turning back around, speeding over to the Gilbert House, when Lil Gilbert was getting ready for his day at school. I was sitting on his bed, fake reading a book, waiting for him to get out of the bathroom.
             "Woah!" He said looking at me. "Hey... Iris..." I looked away from the book I was 'reading' and focused all my attention onto Jeremy.
             "Well hello Lil Gilbert!" I said to him, acting shocked.
             "I'm sorry Elenas not here.."
            "Oh I know she's not. And I need your help." I said to him. He looked at me, obviously confused.
           "We have school in an hour." He said. I stood up, backing him up into a corner, looking up at the boy that was slightly taller then me.
            "Please help me Jeremy." I asked him seductively. If you can't get his help normally, seduce him. Works every time.
           "What do I get in return?" He asked me. I rolled my eyes.
           "What do you want?" I really he doesn't like want to go on a date or anything because one, Bonnie would kill me, and two I love Stefan. Huh.
          "Your eyes." He said to me. Did he just ask for my eyes... what?! "I mean i want to see them change. I don't want them.. that sounded bad."
          "You wanna see my eyes change?" I asked him. He nodded.
          "Yeah.. I think it's kinda hot." He said. He starts to stutter and mix his words after he said that. "But like I don't want to date you." He said, realizing that he making the situation worse. "Not that you're not hot, cause you're smokin..."
           "Just stop talking." I said to him.
          "What do you need me to do?" He asked me.
          "Well your bitch of a sister wont let me into my own house. Damon and Stefan signed the rights off to her so no vampire can get into the boarding house without permission. That and so Damon, Stefan and I can protect her from Elijah and Klaus."
             "How do I come into play?"
            "I need you in exchange for my access into the house. If I convince Elena that I'm gonna kill you, then she will have to let me in."
           "I don't know if I'm okay with dying..."
          "Don't worry honey.. I'm not gonna kill you." I placed my hands on his shoulders. "So you gonna help me or not?" I ask
           "Why the hell not." He said, shrugging. I smiled, pulling him into a hug, feeling all of his skinny boy "mussels" tense under my touch. Ah. Gotta love teenage boys who have crushes on an a thousand year old hybrid. Beautiful.

         I was dragging Jeremy be the arm, not being very gentle to his fragile human body. I angrily walk up to the Salvatore Boarding House, and mock Elena.
        "Yoooohooooo." I said loudly. "I need a Miss Elena Gilbert." I heard the door unlock, only to be met by Stefan. "Well hello handsome!"
          "Why do you have Jeremy?" Stefan asked. I smiled at him.
           "Well that's for me to know, and Elena to find out." I said, and as if she was listening to everything I had to say, she came marching up to the door.
         "Jeremy! Get away from her." She said, crossing her arms. I smiled.
         "Well that's the thing Elena.. he's compelled." I said to her.
          "Why do you have my brother?" She asked.
          "Well I told you I'd kill you if you didn't let me in, and I realized that it was a bit rude and harsh for me to say. So I went to your house to consult with your brother about your favorite flowers. Then I realized that I am a heartless Mikaelson, and just like my brother Niklaus, I don't care. And if I don't get my way, I'll kill anyone in my path. But killing you is too easy. Watching you suffer will be so much more satisfying."
           "You won't kill him." Elena said. I looked at a panicked Stefan. "You can't. Stefan do something."
           "Come closer, I kill him instantly." I said, glaring to Stefan. "Anyway, I'm not gonna kill him." Relief washed over Elenas face. "No I'm gonna turn him." I bit my arm, garbing Jeremy forcefully, placing my bloody arm to his lips, forcing him to drink. I pulled away my arm when he had enough. "All I have to do is snap his neck, and boom, vampire. A killer. A monster." I said to Elena. I placed my hands in the position I need to snap someone's neck.
             "Stop." Elena said in a panic. "You can come in!" The glorious words spilled out of her mouth. I looked at Jeremy, who made eye contact with me. We both started to laugh hysterically, high-fiving one another.
            "Acting skills were on point my dude!" I said to him. He smiled, wiping the blood off of his lip.
           "Wait.. what?" Elena asked.
           "Wasn't actually gonna kill him mate. I'm not heartless."
          "That's just a cruel thing to do." Damon said. "And that's coming from me."
          "After a thousand years on this cruel earth, you just stop caring what people like Elena Gilbert think." I said to Damon.

AN// This was a fun filler chapter showing the new bloom of Jeremy and Iris friendship, and Iris and Elenas hatred for one another. Also the picture at the top of the screen is what Iris' eyes look like when they change to purple. I really like the picture and found it in google. I didn't make it. Okay have a nice night 💕
