Akira began meditating again when his wings appeared for a second exploding behind him.
Akira coughed up blood again.
Kyuen: Explain what your doing! You'll die at this rate!
Akira: Correction We'll die.
Kyuen sighs: Just explain please.
Akira: What if we absorb our wings into us. They are made of our energy and they leak out allot. If we can use that power without the wings and control the output maybe we can better use this power.
Kyuen: Let's try it.
Akira and Kyuen both focused as they breathed in and out.
Akira's wings began exploding left and right every time.
Akira: AGIAN!
Kyuen: ONE MORE TRY!
Akira: SO CLOSE!
Kyuen: KEEP GOING!
Akira: DAMN IT!
Kyuen: I THINK WE GOT IT, Wait no my bad.
Akira and Kyuen: AGIAN!
After numerous attempts Akira's wings emerged once again but this time they folded onto his back and then vanished. The electricity began circulating around his body.
Akira's eyes opened one glowing black and one glowing white. His veins on the left became all black and the veins on the right became all white. His veins began to move by themselves.
The electricity stopped emitting instead Akira and Kyuen could feel that energy rippling like a flame inside of them.
The two realized they were in that weird dimension again where they were standing on the black and white flames.
Akira held the Black flame in his palm and Kyuen held the white flame in his palm. The two walked to each other and the flames spun around each other balancing. Akira and Kyuen became those flames and spun around each other.
Akira's body became the black and white flames.
Akira and Kyuen: WE DID IT!
Sparks like snowflakes made of flames and electricity rippled off of Akira's body floating around him.
Then Akira exploded.
Akira woke up on his back but all his wounds from that night had healed. He felt better but different. He realized it was morning.
Akira and Kyuen: What happened?!
Akira: We were so close!
Kyuen: It felt like we were on the right track.
Kyuen: Maybe it's not the wings maybe it's the overall use of the power.
Akira: What do you mean?
Kyuen: When we use our wings we concentrate all our power on our chest and back. What if we let it go everywhere? Like a fire raging.
Akira: Then we just have to control the heat like a stove.
Kyuen: If we only focus on the back and chest all the extra energy leaks out. If we let the power go through our whole body we only have to focus on keeping all of it in.
Akira: Let's do it!
Akira got up and breathed in and out.
His wings emerged crackling with electricity.
Akira and Kyuen focusing.
All the electricity sparked around Akira and then began to hit Akira.
Akira veins turned black and white and his wings were still out but instead of electricity the snowflakes of floating energy surrounded him. Akira's eyes remained their normal color.
Akira and kyuen: Let the energy flow through us like a flame. Concentrate on that heat.
Akira body felt warm. He felt like a flame. His energy inside was a raging flame.
Endeavor who had walked outside looked at Akira while smirking.
Endeavor: About time.
Akira opened his eyes stunned.
Endeavor: Have you finally figured it out. Let's have another match.
Akira smiled: I'm winning this time!
Akira flew at Endeavor dodging a right swing.
Endeavor shot a blast of flames and Akira raised his palm blasting a bolt of black and white electricity that canceled our Endavors flames.
Endeavor: Interesting.
Akira was panting while looking at his hand amazed at a new ability.
Endeavor then blasted Akira with both hands full of flames. Akira felt the flames burning at him.
Akira then shot his own flames from his body black and white flames that consumed Endeavors.
Akira then had the multiple snowflakes around him shoot out as lighting and fire bolts that Endavor dodged quickly.
Akira sped around matching Endeavors speed while firing multiple attacks. Endavor was cornered as Akira flew in for a punch.
Akira: TAKE THIS!
Endeavor ignited in flames surrounding them and Akira smiled with one hand canceling them all out.
Akira charged ready to attack when suddenly his wings disappeared and so did his flames as his veins returned to normal.
Akira was then punched by endeavor once again.
Akira: Dammit!
Kyuen: This form takes allot of stamina to maintain.
Akira: Aren't we in the same place we started then?!
Kyuen: Our energy didn't drain as fast even though we kept increasing our speed and strength. So I think this is a improvement.
Endavor: You improved quickly. You cornered me but still lack power and experience. That form you used just now seems to have awakened new abilities learn the limits of what you can do and then surpass them.
Akira: Thank you.
Akira then passed out.
Endeavor said nothing as he walked back inside. He smirked seeing two cuts on his shoulders and a scratch on his shoulder armor.
Endeavor to himself: That boy has potential, if your not careful Shoto he'll surpass you.
