Kasi

It had been a few hours after we were isolated from each other. Most of everyone, except Whitney, had fallen asleep. My head started to hurt and I started to feel dizzy. I sat on my bed and took a deep breath. This was a bad idea; the air tickled down my throat and made me cough. The couching didn't stop and it only got worse. Whitney noticed me coughing and shot up out of her bed. "Kasi?" Whitney asked alarmed. I tried to respond but I was choking on something in my throat. I spat on my bed to see blood coming from my mouth. Seeing this made me sick and I started vomiting blood. "Kasi! Someone help her!" Whitney started banging on the glass. The others woke up and saw me. They were alarmed and started yelling. The blood kept pouring out of my mouth and I couldn't stop vomiting. The force was so intense I heard a crack and felt pain at my side. I broke a rib. The pain was too intense for me to handle. I continued to vomit up blood and with every heave I felt another rib crack. Suddenly the sound of my friends crying out for me fades. A soft ringing is the only thing I can hear. My vision started to fade as I finally stop vomiting. The world began to spin around me and I collapsed. On the way down my head hit the corner of bed hard and I hear a terrible ripping noise as I hit the floor. I lay on the floor in a pool of blood that came from my head. The last I hear is my friends crying for me in their rooms as darkness grips me and pulls me violently away.

Rachel

"Kasi!" I hear Whitney yell. I open my eyes and look over at Kasi to see her vomiting blood. Soon I see her collapse on the floor. I didn't know what to do. I started to panic. I looked to my friends for comfort but they were as panicked as I was. I opened my mouth to speak when suddenly I felt as if someone punched me in the back of the head. I fell on top of my bed while my head throbbed. I felt a strong pressure inside of my skull and I thought my head would pop. "Guys! Help me!" I moaned. I didn't get the chance to see if anyone heard me because I heard a loud voice inside my head. Pain pierced through my skull. Suddenly I grabbed my head and screamed. I started hearing a haunting chime of whispers chant inside my brain and it felt as if they were ripping my brain from the inside. The voices grew louder and louder with each throbbing of my head. "Oh the sweet sound of a new Warlock's screams, how precious!" a sneering voice boomed. "Do you think this one will make it? She is a lab rat after all." "Oh shush! Look at her! She is starting to transform! Her marks are starting to show!" "What is happening to m-" I felt a ripping in the skin of my ears and they started to change. I felt blood trickle down the sides of my face. My ears started to elongate and form a point at the end. My hands then started to burn as my nails grew and formed what seemed to be claws. I cried out in pain as my eyes felt as if they were burning. I morphed into some new monster. The voices in my head didn't stop chanting, they only grew louder. "Everyone come! Our newest warlock is here!" My head boomed with the sound of cheers coming from everywhere.

"Let this be the day dark magic makes its way back into the world!" The pressure got worse by each second and I was sure I would die. The voices grew louder and louder until I couldn't take it anymore. I clawed at my head trying to free myself from the voices. "Get out of my head!" I screamed. Then there was a pop inside my head and that is when my lights went out and I fell into darkness.

Morgen

First Kasi is vomiting blood and now Rachel is turning into a monster. The gas must be killing them! Not Rachel! She's my best friend. Oh God, I don't feel so good. My back aches and itches and burns. "Guys! I-I don't feel well!" I screamed "Just l-lay down so you don't collapse like K-Kasi and Rachel." Lucia stuttered in fear. I nodded and slowly sat on the bed. "What's wrong?" asked Kathryn. "I think I'm getting a rash on my back. It aches badly." "Y-You'll be fine, Morgen. Just talk to us. Don't stop, okay?" Alyssa said, trying to be reassuring. "Okay, okay. I-ugh!" I yelled. "Morgen!" Kathryn exclaimed. I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth. It was as if someone was pulling the bones out of my back and yanking. They kept yanking and yanking, taking my breath along with my bones. The pain was near unbearable. Finally I heard a ripping noise then a release of pressure come out. I smiled weakly. I was still alive. "Guys, I-I'm okay!" I cried. "Morgen, feel your back..." Whitney pointed eyes wide. I did, only to find the brush of feathers on my skin. I looked at my hand to see it covered in blood and
