♑️Chapter 10 - Nightmares♑️

The day after everybody got rick-rolled during the sing-along was pretty uneventful. At least, it was uneventful for the rest of the campers and legionaries.

However, it wasn't uneventful for a group of campers and legionaries, who were busy listening to the interesting story of a certain descendent of Jupiter.

"So... one of the zodiac spirits is inside you?" Capricorn asked Sagittarius.

"That's what Lady Artemis says." Sagittarius replied, patting her new white wolf companion, Diane, on the head. "She said that the spirit chose me, and I accepted it by taking its name."

"Wow, that's pretty deep." Pisces commented.

Taurus got down from the tree they were sitting under and sat down. "Is there a chance that all of the zodiac spirits are right here in this camp?"

"I'm not sure that I'm familiar with all of these... zodiac signs, zodiac spirits, whatever you want to call it." Libra told the group. "There are twelve, right?"

Gemini nodded. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure there are twelve. Let me think, there's Airhead, Trojan War, Gemstone, Can-Can-Dance-"

"-Le-Oreos, Vir-gone, Li-brass-instrument, Scorpi-onion-" Leo continued, giggling.

"-Sagi-I-can't-think-of-a-nickname, Candy Corn, Aquarium and Apple Pie." Sagittarius finished, bursting into laughter. (lol I'm sorry those nicknames are really dumb)

"I'm pretty sure those aren't the zodiac signs." Cancer told the three of them.

"We know." Gemini told him, wheezing. "We're just joking."

Aries, who was polishing her imperial golden spear, said, "So what if there are zodiac spirits here. Whose bodies are they in?"

"Well, we know that there's one inside Sagittarius." Scorpio pointed out.

"Could've been that boy by the lake." Sagittarius piped up. "I think he said his name was Bob... That sounds very suspicious..." (credits to WolfRaider56 for thinking of that)

"We would probably know if there are zodiac spirits inside someone." Taurus mentioned. "Their names would be zodiac signs."

"But what if the person hasn't accepted the zodiac spirit yet?" Capricorn asked. "Then we would have no idea of who has a zodiac spirit inside them."

The rest of the group nodded in agreement.

"Hey, where's Virgo?" Scorpio asked.

Everyone else started looking around, but Virgo was nowhere to be seen.

Leo faced the rest of the group. "Well, I guess you could say that he's actually Vir-gone."

"LEO!" The rest of the group groaned.

After finding Virgo, who was really just sitting in the sword fighting arena, the twelve campers and legionaries continued talking about the zodiac spirits.

It turned out that there was no boy called Bob in the camp, much to Sagittarius' disappointment.

The rest of the day was uneventful. Everyone seemed to have forgotten about the strange things that happened, all except for one person.

Capricorn wanted an answer. She wanted to find out what these zodiac spirits were.

Unfortunately, the books in the Athena cabin's library didn't seem to provide enough information.
